Meeting Thurs 23rd with Trust, SISA, Saveoursaints, 2 MPs, LM and MC
StuRomseySaint replied to derry's topic in The Saints
Here we go again. For f*cks sake, the Trust have about 80 members, SISA have 4 or 5, I take it LM and MC are Lawrie and Mary Corbett? SaveourSaints is not an organisation either. Between all of them, a massive total of £75,000ish has been pledged! Give up people of the Trust and stop trying to f*ck about with the club, you have done absolutely f*ck all the last 2 years to show that you will be any good in the running of the football club. I for one, will never set foot in St Marys again whilst there is a bunch of self-obsessed ego's running it. So for that reason, I hope this comes to nothing. It's getting really tedious now, the amount of different ways the Trust are trying to get their hands on the club. -
Your loss.

Moving closer to what I will take for it. Someone give me £50 and they have got themselves a bargain.
-
Which is another thing.... they are now going to go through our financial documents front to back, and if they find any sign of the slightest irregularity ( which they no doubt will ) , then we can look forward to starting next season on -17, maybe -20, maybe even -30.
-
I think he means teams getting relegated/not promoted purely on the basis of us going bust.
-
Again, for the sake of one game, it could have a massive impact on the whole league, the football league will not let it happen..... I hope..... if common sense prevails.
-
The league will not kick us out until after the Forest game.... Forest could stay up/go down based on their result against us. Do you honestly think the a team that went down based on Forest being 'given' a 1-0 win as they could not play us would be happy with that? Would cause far too much ****e.... the Football League will bail us out, even if it is to fulfil our last fixture.
-
... and I wonder if they will make themselves known? Doubt it..... hope so though.
-
Ooooh, that's where we are staying, we can have a swim together in the morning. xx
-
I promised Lawrie I wouldn't say anything until it is announced.
-
We'll never die, we'll never die, We'll never die, we'll never die, We'll keep the red flag flying high, We'll never let Southampton die
-
I don't know what you are talking about.
-
That will be a good game. I wonder who the celebs will be?
-
Why is it in association with the Saints Trust? FAir play for trying to do something buy saints trust is dead, let is sleep. By the way, where exactly is the concert happening? In the stadium bowl or in one of the suites?
-
Ess, I respect you do not want to disclose information of our discussions. I do think b-anter should return, and I do believe you should stop being such a pikey and pay the money to host it.
-
I am considering making an approach, initial talks have happened, but Ess is scared that I will do a better job than he did, which is understandable.
-
And it should have stayed. Bodger knows this.
-
With respect, I am probably the most popular member on this forum, I don't need to make attention or seek it, it comes to me.
-
I hope this option is only taken as a completely last resort. You won't attract any serious bidders willing to spend on the team in our position with a tenancy of St Marys.
-
I already know how important I am to this forum. If you won't return me to a registered member then I demand you upgrade Aids Victim to a Full Member. I want his babies.

34 'enquiries' does not take that much to sift through... from what I understand they were given a pack to go away with and come back with business plan, proof of funding etc etc .... until they do that I don't think Mark Fry does any more, he certainly won't have had meetings and lengthy dialogue with all 34 'enquiries' I was going to phone up myself and say I am interested, just to see if that number goes up to 35.
-
Can I have my own article? It will be controversial, but funny. :-)
-
The way he played against Liverpool was the best individual performance that I have seen by any Saints player since Matthew Le Tissier was in his prime.
-
We can't even look at signing players even if they are out of contract. The business is in administration, so we are not allowed to 'hire' any more staff, that includes players, and looking to buy players for SFC next season is the last thing on anyone at the clubs mind. He may well have said to someone in the pub that he'd love to come back here, and I don't doubt that, but it won't be any more than that. One massive contradiction of yours that I have picked up. You say he is " all effort and no ability " then.... You blame him partly for our relegation by getting himself sent off and making himself unavailable for the run in.... Surely if he is all effort and no ability then he wouldn't have been any loss?

Red , only used it a couple of times, can't find the box, but as I said, is as good as new. Offers please.
