You are going back 20 years, to a time when we had a 15,000 capacity stadium and for a couple of games there was a boycott... apart from them few games you couldn't get into The Dell for toffee... infact there was a waiting list just to be a member. You cannot defend it in this day and age... 16k... AND once again you were giving tickets away just to get it up to that number. LMFAO

You shouldn't be at football anyway, so you don't count.

That will be some effort, considering they haven't sold their 33k full allocation. yet.

With the support and assistance of the Saints Trust who are underwriting some of the necessary costs involved, which without, this event would not be possible. All revenue generated will go directly to Southampton Football Club, to help stave of liquidation, for a few more weeks. Should the club be bought or it's circumstances change before the night of the concert, it is our intention to use all proceeds raised to purchase season tickets and distribute them to schools, hospitals and childrens charities within the area. So.... Surely The Saints Trust etc would have declared how much was raised? And because the underwrit the costs, no doubt these will all be in the accounts? Whether or not a loss was made ( which I have heard that was the case ) then surely they owe it to the people that dipped their hands in the pocket to state this? Oh no... they don't because they are above the law and play different rules. But hey at least they are doing something eh? blah blah blah b*llocks.

See that's the thing... that's exactly what they are relying on... someone with more money than sense. To buy P*rtsmouth is not a good business decision, infact it is financial suicide. And would anyone with more money than sense buy a Championship club on -15? They are fooked.

16,000 today. MASSIVE support. What a joke club.
-
As the Saints Aid was organised by the Saints Trust, I assume that the accounts for this even, incoming and outgoing will also be included?
-
And I will probably stop going when we get back in the Premiership and the commercialised, americanised happy clappys such as yourself return.

You can fly Dublin to Bournemouth for £40 return. Sh!t fan.
-
Because he decided to stump up a fiver, realising that b-anter would never return. That's my guess.

Pikey.

Exactly, you bunch of nosey f*ckers... leave him to get on with his life now, he doesn't have to answer to you TSW chumps.

I go to them all because I am uber-fan. I don't go to many pre-season friendlies, for example Monday's game is a pre-season friendly, so for that reason... I'm out.

I haven't got time to reply to this post, I am just off out to the shop to get some milk and some easy cook rice. I am meeting a friend this afternoon for a catch-up then going to the Luzborough House tonight to watch Rufus Stone who are playing ( tickets still available priced at only £5 each ) .
-
Obviously you, because you are replying to my posts.

So the 'we' that NI mentioned was actually 'NI' , and he didn't pay anyone for their services? The scandal keeps coming... For the record... I paid the 'stewards' on the coaches that I wasn't on £50 plus free travel plus 5 free pints in the Green Man, just to count people on and off the coach. I fully expect to be in the top 100 employers list next year.
-
In the meantime, everyone at the Green Man are having a wonderful time drinking in the fresh air, good music, lots of beer.

I've decided my plans for Monday. Gym. Wash my car. Do some more work on my website. Much more constructive than watching a pre-season friendly at St Marys.

People like me can't be arsed to spend their bank holiday going to a pointless friendly. * My seat will still be counted though so I am still an uber-fan.

I am pretty sure flags are against ground regulations. I will be speaking to the chief safety officer to highlight this tommorow.
