You pay a fixed sum of money to reserve your seat. I think the Wembley ones were about £10,000 for 5 years, gives you first priority of buying your seat for any event at Wembley. ( You pay on top for each event )

By blowing the smoke downwards, it tends to evaporate by the time it gets to head height... so that is covered. The smell of the smoke is outpowered by the disgusting stench of cheep hot dogs and balti pies. Sorted.
