  1. Obviously I am limited to how much I can say, I find it amazing that the public can happily allow McGuinnes and Adams to condemn the British forces, to campaign for the Bloody Sunday enquiry and demand appologies etc when they are directly responsible for hundred and hundreds of deaths of innocent people, and I am not just talking about delegating, the pair of them have bloody on their own hands. They should have been tried for war crimes, the same as Saddam Hussein etc, both have dodged death, when all both of them deserve is indeed that - a slow and painful death. Maybe now they have got their wish we can now have an enquiry into the actions of these two? Have them put to trial.
  2. I agree that we had the potential to sell up to 20,000 season tickets this season with a realistic pricing structure and a customer focused buying experience. There will not be 12k season tickets this year. The club is not even advertising them on their website anymore, let alone in the local press/media. Everything they have done is to ensure as minimal takeup of season ticket holders as possible. We could/would have had between 17 and 20k season ticket holders if they had priced accordingly. Do you not agree that the club has treated their customers shocking? Do you not agree that season ticket holders deserved at least a renewal pack?
  3. Yes you are off ignore, SRS is being retired after I have posted up the clubs response, which I have had confirmed this morning that I will recieve it by close of business today.
  4. They used to have an installment plan. It was called an 'Away Season Ticket' . They would debit the cost of the ticket 1 week prior to each game. They won't have one this year because of the 'administration costs' and the fact they won't make any money from away tickets. Edit: What a great idea that would be for home tickets if they are so worried about defaulters and want to maximise revenue. Have a season ticket which you pay for on a match by match basis but get all the perks of a season ticket ( priority for away games etc ) ... maybe just let them off the booking fee. If the persons payment declines at any point of the season they simply don't send the match ticket out and the customers season ticket benefits are sacrificed. No risk of defaulters to the club, they get the full ticket price ( which is what they want ) and the customer gets the benefits of a season ticket and not paying for it all this month. Yet another option which is better than nothing, I should run SFC
  5. That's not a highlight unless you are going to drive/go on the bingo bus.
  6. dluker@saintsfc.co.uk
  7. Dave Luker and Nicola Cortese yes, 3 times... the first one 16 days ago.
  8. What are you on? Of course we used to give as good as we got sometimes, sometimes a gobby catholic who had been throwing rocks/petrol bombs etc would get chucked into the back of a Snatch ( military vehicle you perv ) and given a good kicking before being let on his way...it was a better way of doing things rather than taking us off patrol and nicking him. Sometimes we would dish out the odd slap round the chops with a the butt of the rifle. This was part and parcel, it might have sounded unprofessional, but you had to work there to understand the conditions we worked in and the rules which we had to work under. Bloody Sunday indirectly caused many more innocent lives. The rules of engagement after that incident where tightened to such an extent that many soldiers lost their lives obeying them. Not being allowed to carry a round in the chamber. Having to issues a warning "Army stop, or I'll fire" and most importantly, not actually being allowed to fire at the person unless they have a firearm pointed at you and they were looking through the sight just about to shoot. Once they have shot you/your mate, they are no longer a threat so you cannot fire... it's rules of engagement like this that caused many many lives. Let's not also forget that Gerry Adams and Martin McGuinness are both convicted paramilitarys and former IRA members responsible for hundreds of deaths. As recently as a few years ago both still had links to paramilitary activity in Ireland. I wonder if they are now going to release a public apology?
  9. Easter weekend in Brighton it is then.
  10. I am expecting a detailed response from the club today with regards to the removal of the instalment plan and lack of communication etc.
  11. They are balanced and unbiased in their reporting... exactly how they should be... that doesn't constitute " shafting the club" They are the local newspaper, not SFC's marketing and PR department. Quite ironic that the person who claims the Echo are shafting the club lives on the other side of the world... LOL This is getting boring now. Ta ta
  12. Are you suggesting that the reason for the news releases from SFC at 11:15 pm and the fact the Echo go to print at 11pm are just a coincidence? Serious question.
  13. All news from now on will be released around 11:15 because the Echo goes to print at 11:00pm and it stops them being able to print a story the next day. Seriously, what the f*ck has happened to our club. :-(
  14. You lot really are a bunch of complete saps. Moaning about a fookin banner on a website, get a grip you bunch of girls.
  15. Are you on drugs?
  16. Anymore gob like that then I won't let you come out with the lads to watch the footy next week. Where's my f@cking lunch?!?!!!
  17. I'm ready for another beer now and my lunch needs making. Chop chop.
  18. Personally, on reflection, I think it is a complete waste of time. Ultimately our fans will get the club they deserve.
  19. I understant that is the number of 'unique' log-ins Bajio.
  20. OMFG People that rely on an installment plan aren't Saints fans. Now people that read the paper rather than go online aren't Saints fans. Our support is seriously f*cked up.
  21. It's not secrecy, it is childish one-upmanship against the Echo ( who have done f*ck all wrong apart from release some details about a poxy training ground development a bit to early )
  22. I just saw your location... are you one of them annoying scrotes that constantly bangs on the back boards? Or the spotty ginger that does that gay dance whilst singing Oh When The Saints?
  23. OK, one more before I go to bed... Errr... a football club needs a good relationship with it's local paper. The amount of people that read this forum and that read the official OS are in the minority of Saints fans. The majority will rely on local press/media to keep up to date with what's happening. 3500 people log in to this site each month. Around 7% of those who were at Wembley. A larger, but still minority will view the OS... a local paper is a football clubs moutpiece, and by cutting them off you are sticking 2 finger up at them AND the Southampton supporters who use it as a link to Southampton FC
  24. Everyone loves me in real life. I am a big fat cuddly bundle of fun.
  25. Are some of you genuinely happy/upset about the kit? Sorry, unless you are a bird, that's a bit gay don't you think?
