suspect that was said with a lot more games left than now

i want Lowe gone with a passion but even I cannot really see how he is at fault WITH any of these transfers
-
HE could have added that "we have maintained the gap between ourselves and Southampton"
-
I agree extra numbers against Charlton would be great and i believe the support given by us who attend games has been superb, the Dell spirit as you call it requires a response from on the pitch as well and my concern is that the team should have been pumped up for the game Saturday but as you said we were pants to start with. The concern must be that the worst positions you mention were when we had MLT i just cannot see who is going to be the hero this time.

not a nice way to talk about DMG

totally agree Ron, i must have gone for a pi** when it happen because reading it on here was the first time i even knew about it. one of the problems of being in the CCC, and crowds dropping, is that more and more posters are basing their opinions on radio commentarys etc than actually witnessing the games

how many takeovers were there ? especially how many were there where the ownership never really changed , the club was a vehicle for a few to get rich quick and then hope we stayed up so that Sky could fund the business
-
back to the old problem , Money, the club was funded by a back door takeover built on sand rather than the wealth of the owners. It was seen as an earner rather than away to invest/get enjoyment from spending their money.

Is their a pattern beginning to show here? Those who have seen the last 3 games are concerned about our ability to get out of the bottom 3 and are Negative. Those who have not seen the performances keep talking about winning our game in hand, Plymouth not getting eight more points, our better record over the last four games compared to Forest and Plymouth, Charlton being out of it so will not be trying. These guys are veing Positive but it is based on second hand views or bending stats rather than the teams performances. I hope they are right but the first 70mins yesterday were awful, no fight, no pattern and no alternatives

ever thought that Rupert and the Gang , could have put the club/business first and looked to dilute their control by bring in other people or even looking for them. Our problem has been our owners saw the club as a way to make a living not as a way to enjoy their money making a successful club , because in premier league terms, even then, they were potless , they built a business, they gained by stealth, on sand

Charlton resigned to going down - now playing for pride

and raising their game to impress any future employer ? -
or chose not to use them ?

ALL PRODUCED or found during our premiership years , lets see how many superstars the academy produces now because the best talent is slowly going elsewhere in the south

Your last sentence sums up the Lowe era , football came second in prioties
-
and it is going to change because ?
-
talking of our game in hand and games others have left to play is irrelevant because based on the last 3 displays , i am struggling to see who we are going to beat. If Charlton and Palace put 10 behind the ball and ask us to break them , i do not think we can. Games are running out , the damage was done in the first 25 games , and , although i hope to be wrong, i think we have had it

Got back late last night, had a long chat with my 2 sons on drive home, and decided after this season we will give away games a miss from now on. Reason being we are fed up of being conned , the club big up the players all week, alright i know Wotte did not actually compare DMG and Torres but the words were used in the same sentence, but it comes to match days and we are seen for what we are CRAP. 75 MINS today of sterile nothing , yes we came away with a point and for the first hour of the drive home you are satisfied then reality kicks in and you have spent over £100 , lost one of the two days you get off work and really not enjoyed it. Now a lot of the armchair stay at home , for home and away games, fans will be on telling me what a bad supporter i am but enough is enough. I then read comments like i cannot see Plymouth getting 8 more points, well imo we will struggle to get 8 ourselves.Any team that puts 10 behind the ball and says to us "come on break us down" are virtually guaranteed a draw.We lack width , expose our fullbacks to constant pressure because there is no support in front of them which also means they cannot get forward. The Wotte honeymoon is over for me , it is not even about todays draw because on its own it may have been ok but the 2 home draws against QPR and Derby have imo sealed our fate. I HOPE I AM WRONG but ?

worst moment as a saints fan for me in 49 years of support, locked in listening to them take the p*ss. Had to tell my 2 sons it was character building and they would appreciate the good days when they return , thing is i lied the good days have not returned

sums up life in general

so is gayboy funding the improvement at fratton(putting a few toilets in the away end would be a 100% upgrade) or the supermarket owners. seems they are back to a plan of a few years back i was half expecting to see the pitch had been rotated 180 degrees
