he seemed to be the one most effected by the fact that no one appear to know where Lallana was playing or what Lallana was meant to be doing.
-
lets hope we get enough for me to justofy not driving from locks heath to millbrook for work, we normally get enough to be inconvient
-
i personally would liked to have seen more of the protest outside sms yesterday amed at Askham, Richards, Withers and Windsor-Clive because they, imo, will crack before Rupert and it only takes a small split and they will fall apart
-
bloody good news about time a opposition manager moaned about us rather than saying we play good football BUT still lost
-
Totally agree crunch time will be around season ticket renewals , firstly price and secondly flowing from the price the numbers, we have 8 in my family (mum.dad, uncles etc) and at the moment not one is committing to renew especially until we know what division we are in
-
Sorry no insult intended, at 55 i was just worried i would be oldest
-
Most of them cannot be bothered to go to games so protest , No
-
Not sure if the protests will lose the momentum , the core of the protest is that Rupert and Michael are proven failures and the people there today CAN distinguish between supporting the team to stay up AND hounding the Lowe gang (all of them) out
-
telling Perry that he had seen Scotland in the loo before kick off
-
AND THE ground errupted in a volume of noise not heard at sms for weeks
-
my feelings as well, thought i would be the oldest and look like a granddad at a youth club so the age range was a pleasant surprise. next time , although can we walk slower. looks like a bit about march coming up in a minute or two on SSN
-
based on what i saw to day if we do get relegated at least we will do it kicking and fighting rather than rolling over and having our tummys tickled
-
Were you there ?
-
To be fair in the last few games he has had little protection in front of him because whoever has played right midfield has gone missing.
-
will all have to wear name badges next time, talking about badges i noticed some were wearing "Lowe Out Badges" and teeshirts anyone know where i can get one
-
i feel more confident of survival than i did at midday today.in the past for every great thing MLT did there was a benali or dodd blocking shots and putting their bodies on the line. yes wotton and gillett made mistakes, not every pass found a saints shirt but they put theirselves on the line when the pressure was on. we have others who maybe pass better, shoot better but they never showed the committment to doing the nasty things which are needed to win games.
-
tend to agree was not impressed with his defensive duties
-
agreed he play a players game not flash or anything but protected the back four , good defensive headers and tackles, yes he was lucky with one tackle but i would rather have a battler in the holding role than a ball player. I bet his team mates appreciated his performance even if some of the purists on here didn't
-
who cares , it is only the start. also to all those worried about "getting behind the team" not ONE anti lowe or wilde chant inside the ground.
-
all the tv stations were there, saw Meridian ,i think, interviewing lady who must have been late 60's , she was carrying a banner saying 40 years of support thanks mr lowe you can have my ticket back. Pleasing thing was it was all age groups not just the young
-
beat me to it
-
just got home what a proud day. good peaceful demo good battling performance. disagree with the mom vote, obviously people not at game, for me it was Whotton he fought for every ball closing followed by Gillett , Morgan may be better on the ball but it is fighters we need now. Only slight strange thing was Lallana playing center midfield and Gillett on right but , as most know i was against the dutch experiment but Mr Wotte appears to have put some fire in their bellys

splitting hairs as Um SAID IN HIS ORIGINAL POST

better bring a compass -
i suppose the proof will be whether Wotte actually plays the more experienced players rather than just bigging them up. the thing that really winds me up is all the talk about the academy youngsters wheras reality is that other than lloyd james and dmg the rest were brought in this season
