No idea what you are talking about, but a provincial club with young talent will always have it picked off. Have three or four outstanding players all at one time and all three or four will be targeted by the bigger fish. That is the way of the world. It's called a football pyramid and we are no where near the top. Whilst you continue to ignore that fact you will always be on here moaning at about players and managers going.

No other club our size and thus position in the football pyramid has had the kind of talent we have had. Pretty simple really.

I feel really sorry for genuine football experts that are able to speak eloquently about the game. Seeing the likes of Michel Owen and Robbie Savage get paid a small fortune instead of them must annoy them even more than it annoys me. It's such a breath of fresh air when real journalists, commentators and experts appear on football radio and TV programmes. The media companies need to take along hard look and listen to the **** some (not all I admit) of these ex-pros are forcing us to listen to. A club finishing 5th or 6th perhaps doesn't need too much of an overhaul, but maybe replacing our young talent that has left with other young talent would be the order of the day. As suggested last summer - Lewis Cook and Alex Mowatt, both from Leeds might work. I suspect the former has gone from a `worth a punt' kind of price, to more of a `you need to be sure' kind of price. I also hope we have scouted Baily Cargill whilst he was on loan at Coventry from Bournemouth. I thought he looked a very good player when I saw him playing at left back and I read on Wikapedia that he can play centre back. A left footed centre back might be on our shopping list. Doubt this kind of transfer would ever happen though.
