they were not available today. So what choice is there if you work during the week? ****ing balls up of the highest order. Bus tickets will have to be made available at Bursledon.
-
reminded me of Ian Andrews' display at QPR many moons ago, especially the letting in of a `backpass' through his legs. As bad a keeping display as I've seen in a Saints shirt. Tough to come back from that. Hope Kelvin is ft for next Sunday.

for the fourth game in a row we carried Lallana.

The Police won't truncheon a single Saint, there won't be any need. Besides, if we win Moran-style then those that attended will have a memory that will stay with them for ever. I want to see the faces of those skates when that net ripples...
-
by short changing loyal fans in this way SFC will: a) ensure fans have to go to the OS on a daily basis in the future b) get much more people using the web and phone to buy tickets thereby increasing the booking fees

all the buses will meet in Bursledon and then on to **** park
-
still no email and no chance of collecting the bus ticket unless its tomorrow. They had better have it printed.
-
Leeds and the like have ballots for almost every game. They seem to cope. Even if there was no ballot they still could have given much more warning than a day that tickets will go on sale. We seem to leave it late every time these days.

I have been waiting for these tickets to come up for weeks. I was away on business earlier this week, but luckily for me I spotted it when I looked first thing this morning otherwise I would be one of those people that missed out and I would have been well browned off. SFC have become bloody clueless when it comes to away ticket sales. The website is shocking, the timing and information provided poor and there seems to be a total disregard for the needs of away supporters. SFC earns a commission for every away ticket sold. You'd never believe it though the way they go about it. I'm happy I have got one, but for anyone that missed out, my sympathies.

this fact needs to be put out there a little more as the man on the street believes they have paid all that off when they went into admin last time
-
there is going to be a free for all tomorrow after the Blackpool game with people desperate for information about their tickets.

http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Pompey-v-Southampton-Travel-Advisory-2777.aspx looking at the road closure map I think leaving the main group is going to be impossible

with the Police wall at one end, leaving the pack might be more obvious than previous years
-
why is that confusing? That has always been the case. You have to collect bus ticket in advance and then this is exchanged for the match ticket half way down the M27
-
there is no logic. If there were they would explain it. Customer service does not exist at SFC any more and doesn't need to as we sell out SMS every single game, oh wait a minute.
-
I couldn't wait any longer, so sent a quick email and received an email from the ticket office in reply saying amongst other things "All allocations have been placed." Any ideas? Thankfully five minutes after my email a golden ticket has appeared on my history. Lovely jubbly.

how is it easier to ban a St holder than intermittent supporter?
-
why then require 4 aways? Why also allow season ticket holder to buy a spare for non season ticket holders

there are 3206 seats and there was no seats used for segregation purposes on the left hand side of the Milton end when we visited before. I've been in the Milton since they swapped the side away fans get and there is no segregation seats on the right side either. Having said all that with this bubble concept who knows how overboard they might go on segregation

was it relatively modest? Besides if you elongate the time period our transfer/wage spending has been massive.

Burrows uses Bradford, Hillsborough and Ibrox disasters to justify bubble
Chez replied to stevegrant's topic in The Saints
despite all the evidence to the contrary, do the police force in general still believe the disaster at Hillsborough had nothing to do with them? -
what's that coming over hill? It's administration, administration

Burrows uses Bradford, Hillsborough and Ibrox disasters to justify bubble
Chez replied to stevegrant's topic in The Saints
he therefore has just bandied around those two dreadful events within an article about preventing incidents through football hooliganism with an appalling lack of consideration, understanding and respect. With the fight for justice for the relatives of Hillsborough being heard in Westminster so recently you'd think the fool would appreciate the need to keep any mention of the event and hooliganism completely separate. As I said before, he must be a complete idiot and he needs to be taken to task on this. I have a great deal of respect for difficult job the police do, but where football supporters are concerned they seem to lose all perspective and just ride roughshod over fans. Hardly surprising with such a total clueless man at the helm. He may well of come from Manchester and understand the passion of the two sides there, but I seriously doubt he's travelled with either to watch games. -

the sentence in question may only link specifically Heysel with violence, but the fact he mentions tragic Bradford and Hillsborough within an interview about using a bubble to prevent violent incidents creates its own links when none need to be created. Either he has been ****ed by keen editing or the guy is an idiot and needs to be taken to task on this.
