you clearly don't have a grasp of peoples arguments. The goals were well taken yes, but everything running up to the actual shot was sloppy by Saints. Resorting to calling supporters `armchair managers' that simply remember and understand what happened running up to each goal shows how weak your arguement/opinion is. I was at the game by the way.

in the two full games he has been outstanding. MOTM on Saturday and only Guly was better the previous week. He is making lots of forward runs but not once did Huddersfield walk through our middle due to him going missing. As much as I like Morgan, when he and Hammond play together we leave ourselves exposed. The problem on Saturday was not the midfielders defending, but Hammond failing to take command of the middle when we had the ball he (and Puncheon and Lallana) simply did not do enough in posession. With him missing I am concerned about runners being tracked as that is what Hammond does well and often without fans noticing. I hope we don't notice the lack of someone doing it on Saturday.

yes they were well taken but they were also sloppy. Both goals came from our mistakes. The first come from us overpassing in or third leading to us losing the ball and giving away a cheap corner, which they scored from the clearance. The second came from us overpassing in our own third leading to us losing the ball and giving away a cheap free kick. They scored directly from the poor clearance. The sloppy play was in the passing fromt he back. We made poor selections on when to play it and when to kick it long from goal kicks. We then were not good enough to pass it out fromt he back whilst under great pressure. Losing it in this area was sloppy. Both goals were avoidable as we should have been hitting it longer.

My advice is when you see an offer you like try to find their telephone number on their website for support should anything go wrong - especially when first establishign a connection. He either didn't see what the propblem was or he didn't sort it out. He can't have it both ways. If we'd played it longer, and I mean a few goal kicks up the pitch rather than fannying around with it when there was no space whatsoever, then we would have stretched them enough to then go back to the passing style from the back. BTW the midfield did provide an option to the defenders, but they were also tightly marked which meant more often than not the ball went back to the keeper who in turn was chased down. Sometimes a longer pass is required. Adkins cost us IMO.

Just back after a long weekend. Pretty dissapointing display, we just never got going or hold of the game and despite being a better side in terms of ability they clearly wanted the win badly and worked their socks off. They pressed hard and came out of the bloacks fast and we just got caught cold. I put the defeat firmly at Adkins door. Playing out from the back when there was not the space cost us badly and Adkins should have seen we were overplaying it and told them not to unless the opportunity really was there. I love the passing game, but it was obvious that they have scouted us and pushed right up. We should have adapted our game, played a little more direct, pushed them back and then opened the space for us to pass it out from the back. It wasn't just the tactics though, far too many players underperformed, and Huddersfield were too good to carry players. Davis 6 one or two very good saves in the first half but some very poor decision making on distribution Butterfield 7 steady eddy, some loopy crosses that caused little problems Harding 7 never beat the Harding, but not much going forward Searborne 4 quite simply he is too nice and does not win enough headers to play CB against someone like Lee. Let the ball bounce far too often. Adkins should have selected Jahdi. We didn't need a pacey centre back we needed a unit. Fonte 7 given a tough time by Lee but overall he did pretty well. Hammond 4 lots of tracking that won't hyave been seen by many but non existant when we had the ball. Chaplow 8 best player by miles. Great first touch, usual running and only player to get hold of it. Lallana 6 when he saw the ball he was a real threat but hardly ever saw it. Puncheon 4 some nice first touches but caused them no problems at all. Lambert 5 better than last week, but better defenders and less space Guly 5 didn't see enough of the ball, but we looked worse when he went off. Not much though. Barnard 5 ran around but to no effect Bichnal 4 a couple of chances to take on the fulback but he didn't manage it. He looks an athlete, pacey but with a lot to learn. Reminded me of Leroy Lita in style. Morgan 5 needed more from him, should have taken Hammond off Imo.

I like Dickson a lot. Very genuine runner , decent first touch and willing to get to the byeline and crosses well. He has two problems. One he doesn't have real pace which would make him a stamd out fullback and the other is Harding who never ever lets anyone past him ever. I'm glad we signed him because our squad strength has improved because of it. There will come a time when we are very thankful we signed him.

Why is it laughable that Brum should get him? They have absolutely shed loads of cash, so if (and its a big if) they did want him they would be able to afford him and more than make an attractive pay offer. I agree though that if we get promotion then he'll hopefully stay for the ride.

surely no plpayers should be allowed to be loaned out to be replaced by others. Transfer embargo basically means you can do whatever tradimg you want just as long as the squad size is under 20. Can't blame the skates for this. They are only working within the FL's boundarys

bloody hell were Tranmere poor. They reminded me very much of the Stockport side that went down last season, where they had pretty much resigned to losing before the game had started. We ran the game from start to finish, it was so one sided it's not true. Putting the poor opposition to one side, I thought we were tremendous. On another day it could have been a rout. It was a rout, just not on the score sheet. I'm quite glad about that as it keeps our feet on the ground and perhaps Huddersfield won't know whats hit them, like last time. Boy has Adkins got us playing it out from the back. Its like the Dutch duo all over again, only this time we have some players to work with. I was very glad at the appointment, I saw how good Scunny were at their place a couple of times, and it looks like he may do the same with us. Davis 6 - one excellent kick to Harding, one extremely risky kick to the same player. Nothing much to do other than a routine stop straight at him. Butterfield 7 - solid defensively. One or two poor balls chipped down the line to no one, one of which Guly turned into a good one followed by sublime cross for the goal. Busy throughout. Clearly lacks a yard of pace but positional sense is decent. Harding 6 Didn't do all that much going forward in my eyes. Solid enough defensively as always, although he sometimes wants a little too long on the ball. Very minor criticism though. You'll never beat the Harding, is a song that would fit him in my book. Fonte 8 didn't put a foot wrong. Great passing out from the back today - was given time mind you. Has dived in far too much in recent games but not today. Never worked though as they sat back. Seabourne 8 Talented on the ball, showed that with a lovely first touch bringing down a lofted high ball. Passed it out well. If he could win a few headers he'd be a top notch centre back. Didn't need to do that today though as was not worked. Hammond 8 holding role suited him. Never ever gave it away. What more can you ask? Chaplow 8 Tremendous running off the ball, stretching them time after time. Created lots of openings and space and got into the box a lot. A few misplaced passes and at full pace he didn't always collect. Only criticism is he was not strong enough in the tackle. Tired a little towards the end as you'd expect. Punchon 9 In the last couple of games he has stopped ball hogging and is passing much earlier. Suddenly we have the player I saw at Barnet. Top notch and a real threat throughout. Tackled back hard. Just needs to try using his right (having got to the byeline) every now and then to keep their full back honest. Lallana 8 Tremendous finish. Very composed when a skyer might have been on the cards. Lots of tricks and the usual great conrol. The killer turn and cross wasn't quite there today, but his quality is certainly freeing up space for others. Lambert 6 decent header for the goal and as soon as the cross went in you felt sure he would score. That's how highly we regard him. Right at the end he seemed to find his touch again, but for much (not all) of the game he still looked average with some terrible first touches and poor headers. Certainly an improvement, but next week he will need to do more as they won't roll over. Guly 10 Tremendous. Two woeful touches at the start then after that he didn't do anything that you weren't commending. Silky in possession, great holding it up, high workrate, a bit of pace, strength, and some skills too. Great vision and he created both goals. I hve to say that they gave him far too much room, but he moved well into the space making him hard to pick up. Brilliant display. I was dissapointed he tired at the end and had to go off. He was in the groove by that point. Barnard - Busy and unlucky with the offside goal. Chamberlian - lots of pace, he is going to be some player Holmes - great chance missed on his wrong foot

I'm not sure I am fully up to speed, but why is there so much Chanrai hostility from you skates. Wasn't it his original loan that bided the club much needed time and pretty much saved the club? Also isn't there a second loan in the form or a £6m cash injection listed in the latest administrators report from the UHY Hacker guys? Was that very generous and life saving loan not from Chanrai as well? Or is the second loan the only one that really took place?

As with all loans both parties `benefit'. Us in the short term Reading in the long. Personally I think if he helps us get promoted then I don't care who else benefits. The long and short of it is we are short up front so we need to bring a player in.
