He and Liverpool wanted the move in the summer and we said eff off but when it became clear he was just going through the motions for us we had little choice to let him go in January but got the top price.. I guess the our best terms would have been no sale and him playing to his best for us, would he have knuckled down and done that????

We sold him on our terms and maximised our price after he went on virtual strike and played half hearted for us. You surely don`t actually think we should have kept him under those conditions do you? No other club would in the face of 75 million...

They don`t give pens because of player reaction do they? However it used to happen in days gone by because of the reaction of the big team players who think they should be given a pen because they were Man utd, remember the mass surrounding of ref but Keane, Neville, Giggs and co... Thankfully those days are mostly gone. A penalty is only a penalty if the referee gives it and it gets to us all from time to time when they are wrong about our club

So! We have posters on here who are banging the protest drum daily ,Glasgow, Saint86, Larry12, Nordic saint to name a few, yet fail to actually have a plan about what to do or how to go about it all the while boring us to death telling us how weak and soft we are, etc Why don`t these vocal lot actually do something positive and lead us in this protest they crave...
