When I saw the team I thought out we go them, but I think we put out a team that could have got a result. Would have been a tough game even with a first team, and would prefer them to be fresh for Saturday's top of the table clash. Every team does the same thing. Still a good cup to win, and Palace gambled on putting out a strong team that could harm their promotion push!

Well due to a terrible clash tonight, I will not be at the game, even though I am in an office in London as I write this, I will not even be checking the score, and will only find out at 11pmish what the score is. Brighton do play some good football. I do like the way they play at home. When they came to SMS last season they really did not play their normal football. I hate Gus though, but apart from that do not have a problem with them at all.

Reading legend!! They love him, and he loves reading. Paul Scoles has always been a huge Oldham fan, but I do not really think meant that he game less than 100% for Man U. I remember him saying once that He did a job for Man U, but felt really sad that they beat Oldham!!

Agree, I am loving this season, and Reading just hounded us, and closed us down. They got their game plan spot on, and we could not get our normal game together. They marked our forwards out of the game by defending from the front. 100% has to go to Reading for their work rate man for man. They have drawn with Boro, Derby and now us at home!! They are no mugs!

Not true, but did have a bit of an off day today, but so did many of our players. He set up the goal with a great pass!!

I do think we miss Lalana away, but we played really well at Derby, and against West Ham without him, and today we were hounded from the start. Reading got the game plan spot on, but started to run out of puff in the last 10 minutes. With 11 men I think we could have nicked that game!!

Palace is going to be tough, if we do not put our a full strength side we will get beat. The in-form side of the Championship. Still would prefer the 3 points at home next Sat!!!

Guly was off his game tonight, gave the ball away a lot, but he stuck in there and set up the goal. He gives his all, but none of our players were given much time, apart from on the goal!!

We seemed a little bit off the pace all over the pitch, but reading were buzzing!! 1-1 draw good result. De Ridder was fantastic!!
