Reminds me of Beattie apart from Guly cannot seem to click away from home. Gives his all in home games, does not stop running, and has scored some great goals. Away from home I think it will come from him, it took a while at home. I think he is a really good player at this level, and is well worth a first team place, even though he was well off his game yesterday. He WILL score against Palace.

oh and the bloke from Coventry (bottom of the Championship) is a done deal..... hmmm!

The pressure of derby games make you do strange things, but should have been 2 up at this point. Is a shame as they were no threat at all and we were crusing even at 1-0 up until this point.

Still seemed a little flat to me, but hey the whole game just seemed to lack something from past derby matches!

On 5 live yesterday they were going on about a player that was moving to Southampton..... it was the Peterborough v Coventry game, but did not catch the name.

Nope getting himself fit for the New Year, but do not think it will be with us. He is focusing at the moment on fitness rather than rushing back. Very sensible IMO.

Love to see Billy Sharp sign, I think he would be brilliant in our team. He scores plenty at Donny, with very little to feed off of. With our supply him and Lambert would run riot in this league! IMHO.

Yes and we have just had our wobble with a great away point today and two home games coming up..... of course if we balls these 2 home games up I may start to worry. Think we should sign Billy Sharp, as he could be brilliant with better supply! Him and Lambert would be brilliant together.

We have 2 home games coming up to put things right. IF we can take 6 points from these two games against Palace and Bristol City then we have a great chance of moving back to 4 or more points clear at the top. With only us and Boro having 2 home games (Boro at home to Hull City in one of them), where the rest of the top 6 have 2 away games, I really do think that we could go into the New Year right back on track. If we had lost today I think we would have found it hard to pick ourselves up, but as we were the better team and never looked like losing, I really do think we will be back on track in 12 days time, really for our trip to the Amex!!! COYR!!!

He should have stayed on the line, after he took far to long and was to late to get to the ball. If you take a look at it again, if he stayed on the line he may have cleared it!
