Her sister died last year with this condition this in her early 40’s. I cannot imagine what it feels like to know your own sister had the same thing and died from it, and you are basically on the clock. We WON’T go down, We WON’T get into Europe We WILL 100% win some, draw some and lose some. There WILL be goals scored and goals conceded We WILL be really good some games and ok in others, to terrible in some. People in here WILL moan, some, but not many will be positive even when on a bad run. just enjoy the rest of the season for whatever happens. There might even be another great cup run 😃

I can see us getting at least 23 points and that is with me being harsh with the results. But I know that we will win some that I am not expecting and lose a ‘banker’. honestly think we could hit 50 points.

Also would like to say we have shown that we can dig in and get a result, at home to Spurs and again today. couple of “tough” away games after the cup next week, then a run of games where we “should” get a good return of points. 😊

The offside rule has always been bollocks and very confusing, like handball. There has to be a better way to manage the rules. Handball could be made like the rule in hockey with the feet. If it hits your hand or arm it’s handball. Suck it up and get on with it. You do not hear hockey players saying “what was I supposed to do with my feet” or “there feet were in a unnatural position”. It hit your foot, end of. the offside rule I have no idea but it’s been a rule that there has never come close to an answer for and maybe there never will be. Even fans cannot agree on it.

I was half expecting it to go to VAR and be ruled out, but perhaps it was more out of hope. As the player who stuck the ball in the net directly from the free kick, the other 2 are not offside. It did not change our shape and they were not in the direct eye line and not in interfering with anything. Now if they were in the centre we would have a case. I think we were clutching at straws a little.

It is not as though we have a pretty good team or something either. It could be a great journey for the club to get behind. If we manage to get 2 promotions in 2 seasons and get to the top flight, then that would be a journey not to miss. Well it happened with the mens team not that long ago! It really would not take much to make the coverage better. The club are supporting the woman's team, so go the whole hog and get them all over media sites and make it worth while! In a American Football you do not get the infringement if you are not within distance of receiving the ball. It works well. I think this is the case as well. Unless you punch someone of course.

Also VAR is supposed to get rid of grey areas and stop us talking about these decisions, but here we are again like commentators talking more than ever about them getting it wrong!
