We're only 25 minutes into the first live coverage of the season, and already seeing Alonso and Schumacher on my telly is turning my stomach. Eugh.

It appears that the new tyres regulation for the top ten has directly replaced the fuel regulation for the top ten. Should make things interesting, though does indeed need clarifying as to whether it's the actual tyres they set their fastest lap on, or just the same type of tyres, that they need to start the race on. Lewis and Jenson to kick arse, will piddle myself if Schumi pulls out a DNF!!! Bloody frustrating for me - I haven't worked on a Sunday since my old retail days back in 2001, however I need to be in at my Mon-Sat opening place of work this Sunday as we're having a paint job done which has to be done out of hours. Meh.

I put in two on the day tickets went on sale, one for 20+ on season tickets, and one for 8 on MK Dons tickets, both processed and confirmed on my online account - ST app processed late on the Tuesday, MK app first thing on the following Monday..

From their OS today: WEMBLEY TICKET SALES CHANGE Posted on: Wed 10 Mar 2010 Due to the impending sell-out of Southampton's allocation of Wembley tickets for the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Final on Sunday 28 March, there will now be restrictions on remaining sales of the Carlisle United allocation. This will commence as of Wednesday 10 March as follows: + Telephone sales cease at 5pm on Wednesday 10 March. + From Thursday 11 March onwards sales can only be completed in person from Carlisle United Main Ticket Office. Postal applications can be made providing it is from a Cumbrian residence. + Tickets will be limited to a maximum of 4 per person. + All sales will be recorded and tickets will only be sold to those customers with either a Cumbrian postcode, or to those already registered on our system (those fans who have purchased tickets from us before). Anyone think they should've thought about this earlier if they were going to do it!?

Def 08:30 - the system appears to have been set up to launch at midnight on the wrong day, hence a few getting on it this morning. All sorted now though.

My gang got evacuated at about half 10ish this morning, after being stood down in the park forever they were told potentially no access for the rest of the day and to go home -and they didn't take anything out of work with them! And yes, it is going to become Tesco Express - rumour had been doing the rounds for weeks, however I had it confirmed a few weeks ago, as my brother has already been offered it to run. Why can't anything interesting ever happen when I'm actually AT work!?

The information was released on the same day as the tickets were announced, as part of the very same article, and is still on the official site now. Clearly states £3 per order for online & postal, and £3 per ticket for telephone. You need to ask Wembley why they're different, nowt to do with SFC AFAIK.
