Christ 'mongboy' well thats adult, and where did I ever imply that I was better than anyone else just cause Ive been to uni? And for the record (and this is my opionion only) but I find the most people who cause trouble in town on Fridays and Saturdays are not students but the chavs and scum who simply go out to drink beer and fight. And just for curiousity reasons whats your grounds for calling me a mong boy? You dont know what I did at uni, what my curcumstances are?

OMG you are one of the few posters who infuriate me. Whjy the negativity against Students? What exactly is it you dislike about them (without any sweeping generalisations). So in your mind every student studies travel and tourism and stays in bed all day, oh right ok, I was a student for four years, and yes I did spend the odd morning in bed but by no means did I spend this whole time 'monging out', I worked hard, studies hard and now have a job which I could never get had I not gone to uni. Be interested to know what u would do if ur kids (if they have the misfortune of u as a farther) wanted to go to uni.

Yes this forum is getting very tedious, especially when non Lowe threads still manage to become then!! I still stand by my suggestion of the mods creating a rempo Lowe/board chat room, least then all the pro/abti Lowe can be kept in one place and people who wanna just talk about fball can do and not have to sift through a load of **** to do so!

Anyway this is off topic of the thread so apologies. Staying in bed all day, in my opinion, nice once in a while a bit pathetic if done regulary. It was just the student jibe that got on my nerves a bit. For the record Im not a student but a recent graduate and yes some students do spend the whole day in bed, but thats not a generalisation for all students. There are probably more stay at homes, claiming on the dole, with no intention to work for a living who spend all day in bed rather thanm those trying to do something with there life.

To be fair though the things that are discussed on this forum are not discussed down the pub. Im 24 and me and my mates after match will still chat about the simplistics of how did we play, what would we do, what to do next etc etc. We talk of football dreams team, teams of the most hated footballers just general banter. The topics of pictures on walls does not come up in my conversation and I would hope (apart from an internet forum where some degree of topic variety is enjoyed) is the same for most people.

Stu, what is your problem with students?? Lots of your threads on here just seem like irrational digs at them. Getting up at 12.00, so youve never done that in you life, uve never been hanging so bad that you just dont fancy it, or if u just want to chill after a long week and watch some telly. Granted if done everyday, every weekend or every day off then yesh that is lazy but if its for the odd selfish indulgence then fine.

Im not sure it would have made that much of a difference. He was clearly out of form and low on confidence. I think the loan away did him good and gave him hios much needed confidence back. How quickly would people of been on him had he carried on his form from the back end of last season?

Yes it was, it was merely using your post (which seemsed to highlight that nothing particulary disgraceful had been said on this thread) to point out the comments of some. I have no problem with the should she shouldnt she debate but comments like Scotts were just not on (IMO of course)

I think the hairdryer comment for one was heartless, cruel and simply pathetic. Ever heard of karma, when uve been diagnosed and ur lying on ur back, any strength you have sapped out of you, no hair and probabaly scared ****tless you'll remember that comment and regret deeply. I think im in the fair play to her camp. I think its an awful thing that a human being with so much energy and zest for life can be struck down at such a young age. She has been a good mother, supportive wife, charity worker. Yes she has her downfalls but so do we all. I for one will be a little sad when Jade Goody is gone!
