I would agree that Keegan on his own would work best. Would like to see Svensson kept as Assistant but would assume Keggsey would bring his own men in?

It would have taken a very impressive points tally for any manager to keep us up. We were going to be hit by a points reduction last season/this season. I dont think there was a manager out there who could have got us 10+ points more than we had - you cant polish a turd up that well.

Note Ive read the extract ref the admin posted by someone else, looks like directors did appoint. Not quite sure how that works, but if that is the case then is bad management, especially if we get a point deduction. The outlook could not have been much different from mid march where we could have received point deduction this season (should it come to that)

If Rupert appointed the administrators it would be classed as a CVL (Company Voluntary Liquidation) - i think.

At this point spearate parts of the football club cant be sold as this would consitatute as the 'football club' being in administration. The football club is an 'asset' to the holding company and as such would need to be sold as a single asset. With respect to the creditots etc. The bank, nor HMRC are classed as Primary creditors. They are secondary and wont be paid until the employees of the Plc who have lost their jobs are paid their statatory losses (i.e. notice, holiday etc). With respect to the fees the administrators would either be paid by the hour or have arranged a fixed amount with the creditor who appointed them (in this case the bank). I know this from a years experience in the industry, thats not to say though that this is gospel, Im just speaking from my own experieneces.

Based on when I worked at a company of Administrators these look right. Note though that these arnt there hourly rate per se just what they charge. As an example I was an Administrator 1 (now known as an analysts) on around 25k per year. Note as well that their fees (and expences) must be paid first before any creditor (primary or secondary) get any money.

If they use a computer, take out some keys and replce them in different places, but dont make it obvious. Thinks like swapping Q's and O's or CTRL and Shift.

I cant say I haver never had an issue with smileys. Find them quite sweet and can be quite flirty.
