I've just noticed this in the terms: 6.1.3.If you cancel prior to this 5 working day period access to the Services will be terminated at the end of the relevant period. If you cancel during this 5 working day period you will be charged for the following month, year or relevant period and access to the Services will terminate on expiry of that following month. Can they really charge me another £35.99 even though I cancelled before the end of the 2010/2011 subscription year and then terminate my service after one month?? Surely if I cancel anytime before the end of the end of the subscription that should be good enough... what has 5 days got to do with anything??

Hi, Does anyone know if there is a contact at SFC for Saints Player? I'm having issues with Perform Group regading my cancelled subscription. The story... I cancelled my subscription online through my Saints Player account. Even after I cancelled they continued to take the renewell money from my bank account. I contacted them telling them to refund the money and they denied they'd taken it. I told them I could see they'd taken it on my online banking and they said it was an authorisation call to make sure I had the money in my account and that nothing was taken. I called my bank got the reference number for the transaction and emailed Perform again to say: a) You have taken money - give it back!! AND b) WTF are you doing checking I have funds in my account AFTER I've cancelled my subscription. They've come back to me this morning asking for a screenshot of my online banking! I've asked them several times to call me regarding this and I've heard nothing!! Starting to get p1ssed off now!!
