No, but it was before the due date.
I've just noticed this in the terms:
6.1.3.If you cancel prior to this 5 working day period access to the Services will be terminated at the end of the relevant period. If you cancel during this 5 working day period you will be charged for the following month, year or relevant period and access to the Services will terminate on expiry of that following month.
Can they really charge me another £35.99 even though I cancelled before the end of the 2010/2011 subscription year and then terminate my service after one month?? Surely if I cancel anytime before the end of the end of the subscription that should be good enough... what has 5 days got to do with anything??
