I’d rather just stick with Arma there and if we need to rotate use sulemana/edozie/Fraser there the above is a great bunch and they all need minutes. If It ain’t broke don’t try to fix it

I’m thinking more about it either upsetting the current team dynamics, or causing unrest. for example Arma might well not be as effective as streight centre forward And also for me I’d much rather have more minutes for sulemana edozie and Fraser .. I know a few on here don’t rate sula so much but he’s got a much higher ceiling then benson imo, potential is huge . But those three all fighting for LW only could mean someone gets unhappy

Still don’t see the point in this rw/benson need with Armstrong having most goals and a ton of assists why would you move him ? its the equivalent of Liverpool signing someone to replace prime salah for this league not to mention we have Fraser and soon to be sulemana and edozie to keep happy. I get the left footed thing but Arma is kinda proving we don’t really need that

Yet everyone seems to think we NEED a right winger ? mind boggling shit to me he doesn’t need moving . as much as Martin has earned our trust I really don’t want to mess with our attacking dynamics for the sake of bringing in a left footed rw..

Thought he was as impressive as Lavia Early last season his form was so good even got called up by Germany i get he didn’t want to stay after we went down but there’s obviously a class young centre back there

Martin has basically said we can’t even make Fraser permanent at the moment .. so I think that rules out us splashing money on the likes of Clarke .. think we will be looking only at loans this window

Great comments from him ..what a absolute class act this guy is both on and off the pitch and to think some thought he had bad attitude.. might not be as rapid or tricky as sulemana and edozie but end product has been top notch . Already becoming one of my fav players

Cos he’s a terrible terrible finisher, even easy chances on a plate he can either scuff or overthink .. I can just about tolerate having him as a squad option in the championship where we get a ton of chances and it doesn’t hurt as much if he misses a chance .. Hope to god we don’t give him a new contract though

Yes I’ve read Bournemouth fans who thought he was the most gifted player to pull on the shirt .. looked set for a big move before the illness.. he could be a massive massive coup if we could get a obligation to buy deal.. but not sure why Bournemouth would want to let him leave permanently

Was gonna say the same,and I think we are right not to do that. Arma is doing great there,It seems a bit like trying to mess with the winning formula to start changing this to bring in a new left footed right winger.Makes much more sense to just sign a proper cf and leave Armstrong there

Except you seem to be ignoring A Armstrong is mainly playing right wing.. either with che as cf, or a false 9 like alcaraz . we are clearly weaker in the cf position

Pretty much sums up how I feel.. if he reaches top level we lose him and it’s not like keepers go for huge money anyway . its a bit of a flawed idea when in the meantime we have to suffer mistakes for him to learn his trade . Also not every young prospect keeper is gonna turn out to be the real deal either look st Angus Gunn before him as an example,

The thing is Arma is playing on the right and killing it .. the logical move would be to get another centre forward as che isn’t good enough .. why fuck about moving Arma when he’s delivering goals and assists like he is ?

Arma is pretty much playing right wf even if che leaves we have played alcaraz as false nine when che doesn’t start ..I don’t see Arma being moved when he’s doing so well there .. Sam Amo looks a fantastic prospect and he’s completely frozen out due to our squad depth at wing positions yet here we are adding more ?

Right. So sign a a striker then .. do you think edozie and Fraser deserve less game time then ? It won’t be Arma that drops out and we still have sulamana to come back at the end of the month these guys are all super and it would be a bad message to them to be replaced after rheir good performances

I really don’t see the point .. we have arma edozie Fraser and sulemana for these positions let alone Sam AA who’s already frozen out .. seems silly to bring in another winger

Just saw on Twitter Arma has more goal contributions (21) the the likes of mbappe haaland and Salah .as much as everyone loves kwp and downes AA has to be in the conversation. Terrific work rate and closing down too

Re the striker, one issue is if we get promoted which is looking quite likely I think ideally we want one that will be able to do it in the premier league.. its harder to attract that calibre now and we don’t want to spend big money on someone we need to upgrade in the summer.. ings on loan would be perfect if we could get him here .. pretty sure he would be absolute class in this league.

I’m so so impressed with arribo atm. Fantastic again yesterday great blend of power and technical ability I think he’s gonna be a key key player for us in the run in .. Got me thinking I think our best eleven at the moment probably is with him or alcaraz as a false 9 arribo played here for rangers too .. arribo alcaraz and stuey just all need to be starting right now for me .. they give us so much creativity in the middle

Yeah agree, At the moment we have nice competition for places going even the likes of alcaraz on the bench last game ,Fraser has been great lately and hes not starting and Mara is starting to contribute too., if we do make signings we don’t really need it disrupting the harmony in the squad we have built up ,these players need to feel they are part of things or they become in a similar position to holgate where they haven’t done much wrong but are not getting mins still wouldn’t mind a proper striker though even as just a option

I don’t get why people keep doing this at the moment ..why the need to scapegoat players on a 16 match unbeaten run ?? It wasn’t long ago Fraser was getting stick too.. all three of edozie sulamana and Fraser are amazing options to have in this league all offering slightly differant skill sets.. Fraser seems to have the best shooting and end product, edozie beats his man with dancing feet but sulemana is easily the most explosive out of the three - but give it time and the assists and goals will come I’m sure when back from injury.. i hope we keep all 3 even in the premiership if we get there

Gotta say at the moment he’s looking like our best appointment since koeman.. yes it’s only the championship but at the moment you just can’t see us losing a game .. also id say over Ralph it’s nice to see a manager that actually fields our strongest attacking lineups too .. gone are the days when we are all moaning where the manager tends to favour inferior players for their work rate . and to top it off he also has the balls to make decisions that wouldn’t be popular .. arma over che and bringing back people like arribo would not have been popular at start of the season.. but look at them now.. fantastic job

Like I was saying before the result I really don’t see the clamour for a goal scoring wide man we really have a ton of riches in these positions and sulemana who can easily turn out the best of the lot ..wasn’t so long ago everyone thought Fraser was rubbish .. team are clicking great now and the squad players are all competing hard for places too .. hope we don’t disrupt the harmony too much in the January window . Striker and maybe a left back and done for me
