Finding it hard to have much positivity with this club at the moment.. Ralph out of ideas same two men midfield the same el-useless every week- why not try someone like. EdoZie at least he looks lively.. the club fucked up massively by not signing a striker and maybe another key attacking player tbh.. you would think the way to go about recruiting would be to look which positions we are weakest in and fill those positions with better quality ?? But oh no not us.. the people who was trying to make out that che adams was a 25-30 m striker waking up yet? He is just a big lump with no finesse to his game we would probably be no worse off with Troy deeney tbh..our whole attack looks like championship standard

This game on paper I really struggle to see past a west ham win.. so much so think I will have to bet on them at the price … we look a bit of a mess and have hardly any goal threat might as well try make some money out of it.. although had similar feeling when we played them last Xmas and we somehow won that and started our run of form

To be honest in terms of pure creativity I’d take him over the so called creative players/10s we have right now wouldn’t you? I feel like Gaston was a talent but was maybe a bit unlucky in that we had lallana and Rodriguez playing really high level at the time so he didn’t get really get going.. it’s kinda depressing to me that managers will prefer workrate over creativity then we end up with elyounoussi types all the time

To be honest I wish they would get rid of senmens as well get Rasmus in charge ,. with senmens whole outlook of results don’t matter and only being bothered about being some kind of youth training scheme we are destined to be looked at as a nothing club and also destined for relegation. need someone with a bit of drive and ambition in charge.. senmens ambition seems to be selling a player to a big club whoop whoop

Im certainly in the Ralph out camp .. but at the moment it’s a pretty hard situation for him .., if we go at teams we will probably get smashed as their attacking options are much better then ours.. we can keep it tight which we have been doing in a lot of games to be completely fair but then it comes down to who takes their chances.. and this isn’t our strong point ..if adams Armstrong etc are putting away these chances the hostility towards Ralph would be a lot differant.. not defending him really but it is tricky due to the personnel we have up front

Problem is securing a striker upgrade in January will usually end up being harder to do a deal or more expensive . Who wants to lose their striker half way through the season ? I still can’t really get over it that we didn’t sign anyone bar Mara..even wolves when the new guy got injured moved fast to get Costa at least..

Same point I was trying to make.. not signing a striker in this window had left us with zero quality up front,, we can try keep competitive and keep the games tight but if we only get a couple of chances the strikers need to be clinical adams and Armstrong need about 6 chances to score one goal.. it’s absolutely shocking that we didn’t sign a striker. All summer to sort this priority position and we leave it right to the end of the window try for Gakpo and give up.. It’s that bad I think I’d rather have Charlie Austin up front then che and Armstrong at least he can actually finish Even if we sack ralph now this problem is there until at least January and January isn’t ideal time to be shopping for a striker either.. epic fail letting it get to this

The whole thing is starting to make me doubt the board as much as Ralph, majority of the fan base can now see Ralph isn’t cutting it but they do nothing.. not only that why the hell didn’t we sign a striker in the summer? To me this is pretty inexcusable it was totally and utterly obvious that we don’t have any clinical strikers, we had the entire summer to sign someone and all we do is faff about until the final days of the window before trying for gakpo who isn’t really a striker anyway then just give up and stick with The rubbish we have how can we not have a list of strikers that if one move doesn’t come off then move to the next..absolutely shocking we have allowed this to happen.. again against Everton adams and Armstrong had a couple of decent chances each but they just are not guys who you want to rely on to win you tight games .. this isn’t really a defense of RH but if you think Thomas frank or whoever else is gonna suddenly turn these two in to scoring machines it’s not gonna happen

I think even a lot of the ones that thought Ralph was a good manager yet had had no backing are starting to lose faith in him recently.. It’s really starting to look like he doesn’t like players with any flair or creativity preferring long and redmond to boufal and gabby was a sign of things to come,, stuey has looked one our most creative and Clever midfielders yet has never really found himself that dominant in Ralph’s plans now,, we have Ely And arma all the time over the exciting looking edozie and mara, we just look devoid of any spark or excitement and this is down to his weird selections. then you get him making out like new players like AMN etc have to learn our style etc jeez it’s just pathetic really isn’t it .. and I’m not even seeing that brilliant off the ball work by his favoured ones anyway like I said I actually give him a thumbs up for making us more solid this season.. but at least have 3-4 players who can create or have a bit of attacking spark every one on here knows moi etc isn’t gonna provide that

Find myself agreeing with every word your saying today:) Rodger’s has done a pretty great job every where he’s been had Swansea playing some Barca like stuff as well. how is he being written off as some disaster after a few games into the season is pretty nuts, rogers would be a real coup for us

Lol why would poch want to come back here? he’s a grade A manager now who will get the biggest clubs in football after him.. we were merely a stepping stone for his career.. We are probably about as attractive as going back to espanyol

Haven’t been a fan of him for a while but I do prefer the way we are now setting up more solid.. previously we look soft as shit under him. So at least setting us up hard to beat is an improvement.. but just wish he would pick creative players. That actually are exciting and can create something… I mean would anyone really pick moi thinking yeah he’s gonna unlock defences, beat players and create chances.. come on Ralph why can’t you see this.. edozie looked more exciting in 15 mins against wolves then moi has all season.. it’s fine to set up solid but pick actual creative players as your tens

On the plus side we do look harder to beat this season and imo first time under Ralph we have a bit of backbone and don’t look soft:. that’s as far as the praise goes for RH, why oh why does he seem to have a thing for players that can’t create shit,, years of redmond and now elyounoussi seems to be his go to who is somehow much worse, can’t for the life. Of me see what he brings as one of our so called creators Aa no better and bright exciting looking sparks like edozie and Mara left on bench for these two.. I got a lot of stick for my criticism of adams, not his fault today but hardly won anything in the air..still don’t have much faith he’s gonna carry us goals wise.. we are competing in most games but up top we are totally toothless and it’s pretty shocking this wasn’t a priority in the summer

Yeah unlikely probably but I think there would be a lot more creativity with edozie and Mara then what we get from elyounoussi etc.. and the midfield three makes us more solid there

I’d quite like to see a 433 with edozie and mara as the wide front men. Bazunu Kwp. ABK salisu perraud Jwp. AMN diallo mara. Adams. Edozie this looks solid and exciting at the same time in my opinion and for the players we have available looks a good fit

Took us five years to realise he isn’t good enough but got there in the end.. im wondering how much impact sports republic have had in getting rid of the dross like redmond valery Stephen’s etc

Never rated him , actually a player I pretty much dislike,, found it frustrating he got so many chances over Boufal who was way more talented imo.. redmond kind of like the Shane long of wingers then you got the stupid smiling face when he messed up..and he wasn’t even that great anyway Imo edozie looked more exciting in twenty mins then redmonds saints career

I think it’s time to unleash Mara now.. from the flashes we’ve seen of him it’s not hard to imigine him being better then both adams and Armstrong . him and edozie in for Armstrong and moi for the next game

Disagree on diallo thought he looked good today first half.. he’s quite sharp and dynamic and made some nice bursts including a great bit of skill

Sums up us not going for a striker today .. trouble with adams is he does have Shane long type tendencies to fuck up really easy chances what are easier to score then miss but like long can find a way.. Armstrongs finishing is rough too really need to hope Mara can be the solution now but it’s a bizzare decision to not upgrade the most obvious position.. on the positive side though one thing we have done well is we look to have big time strengthened up the defence and midfield.. looks like we are kinda. Building from the back, but now we look much harder to beat and that we will compete in most games which could see a upturn in results
