Not good enough for what we're trying to achieve anyway. Doubt anyone really gives a toss

There's a family who's kids went to the same school as us, they had 14 or something stupid like that. Can't remember many but they all had strange names - Neptune, Trafalgar, Paris, Luxory, Daisy are the only ones I can think of.

Christ that went quick! I was only 15 but remember it well. 1-0 at HT i think then they were p*ssing about 2nd half. I remember Ian Wright catching a cross then smashing it in, WGS and Keegan playing, and MLT's boy scoring loads.

He is an absolute c*nt. Doesn't deserve a contract with a Premier League side

Cracking weekend at the 7's. Just a massive party, I can't remember any of the rugby from Saturday, was spot on yesterday though. My first trip to Twickenham and I was really impressed. Prefer it to Wembley. £4.50 a pint took it's toll though

People on the school run/walk, in pyjamas.

At what stage do we start reminiscing 'the glory years'?

The glory years are still to come -
I don't think season ticket wavers are computer literate. There may only be a small handful on here.

Last year the prices for my seat in the Northam were £465 (renewal) and about £540 for a new ST. I'm guessing, and would be happy to pay about £540 this season. And new STs up to about £700. They need a good installment plan, I think that was one of Cortese's biggest mistakes last summer. It wasn't that long ago I had my ST in the Northam for £60 a month for 6 months with the last payment in December. Ideal. It's not like the club are desperate for the money up front.

Doesn't matter all that much if West Ham do go up, they've already spunked next season's transfer budget

Excellent summary.

Loads of games/goals missing in that, but thanks anyway, some great football, especially before xmas.
-
Didn't we have a poll for this? Like that poll, this award won't be close.
-
Busy summer: 2 stag dos 3 weddings Euros 2 festivals Ibiza As much overtime as I can get to fund all of the above, new ST, and some of the new furniture she's after.

I'd love to see one of Tomkins and Davies here (obviously depending on the playoffs). I bet there are LOADS of CBs in Europe of that sort of age & ability, who would love a shot in the Premiership. I expect most of our signings will be players we haven't heard of/least expect.

I'm not expecting Vidic, but Zat Knight is closer to Jermaine Wright than Vidic in football ability
-
He is sh*t though....

Got a fair few mates in Manchester so I'm looking forward to going up there, I'm hoping for United away on a saturday, did City when they beat us in the cup and I thought it was a sh*t away day. W*nkers for stewards and the OB were well over the top. Looking forward to another weekend in the Northeast, want Newcastle or Sunderland on a saturday and not around xmas. And the Emirates, another new ground for us, and a day in London on the p*ss.

Lambert's 3rd at Millwall - 3 points and bagging us £625 from Corals, followed by a huge p*ss up in London which was heaving for Paddy's day. Best away game of the season for me.
-
Agree with this, plus Lambert vs Skates was a mental celebration. In terms of good goals/finishes: Lee vs Derby Connolly vs Boro Lallana vs Leeds
-
Boro at home for performance. Millwall away for the smash and grab, the p*ss up, and the £625 win on a Lambo hat trick bet. Coventry at home for atmosphere and celebration.
-
Morgan for me. Fonte and Guly were class.

Chambers Avondales Varsity TGIs Revs Won £120 on the football, and spent £100 on top I reckon. Well earned hangover!
