They were lethal on the break because of their pace, and we did exactly the right thing at 1-2 playing the long ball game. Just got unlucky. The inevitable jeering will now come from those who only read the scoreline, saying we were rubbish or battered. But we know in our heart of hearts that possibly we looked just as good as them for the first 75 minutes. Loads of ifs about that game, a shame, but we really need the players to get over it, and now concentrate on getting the feel good factor back to the league by WINNING instead of drawing. We'll smash Carlisle in the cup final too.

Beating Skatesmuff. If we get in the play offs we will have to beat two very good teams to actually gain promotion. Anyway, as long as the players are committed to the cause, and they all stick around next season, we should actually "walk this league". I think it would do the club good to have another season of feel good factor, winning games most weeks. THEN we can go into the Championship super confident of doing a Leicester and challenging for the play offs in 2012.

Great signing!!! Was planning to buy a ticket to Brentford and this makes me want to go even more!!! If it wasn't for customer numbers I would have my ticket by now....... He really is playing well in Australia and will see out his contract until the end of next season, that is March 2011 up in Townsville. By then we will be in the Championship. He will not be fit enough then I think. A great player, but out of England is where he needs to be to play his best football. Instead of criticise how rubbish he is now, the away and home fans there actually enjoy watching his natural talent instead of moaning about his lack of fitness and lesser killer instinct.

It was Fonte actually, and he was extremely vocal from what I heard on the TV. So a good decision by Pardew. BTW, a captain has a right to talk to the referee and "enquire" but not too push people about in a fracas! They are still a player

So every time someone pushes you, it is a natural reaction to go and get sent off??? Yeah right, push him in the chest if he must, not the blooming face!!! Am also happy to see more fight in the players especially Schniederlin but this red card was not the refs fault nor the sly Dons player, it was MS for ultimately commiting the needless offence - by the book its a red whether you like it or not.
