Did my first marathon at Rutland Water in September. Managed 3:53 so was very happy as an old codger of 53! Now got a few halfs booked and managing to maintain 30 miles a week to maintain my fitness level. Just love running.

For years I had a season ticket with Cardiff Blues (with one son) and with Saints (the other son) and love them both. Rugby hasn’t been ruined by money yet.

Just got home. The second half was just a lesson in depression. I can’t see us surviving if we carry on like this. Rubbish.

I think we’ll win. Just a sneaking feeling.

All the times I’ve been to WBA and it’s been 1-0 or worse. Can’t believe I missed that yesterday!

I never post but enough is enough. With our squad we should be in the top 8. I hate calling for someone to get the sack but he really is out of his depth. My round trip to a home game is 250 miles and my son has a further 200 mile round trip to meet me before driving down. We’ve had season tickets for 17 years and have never been more despondent. It’s breaking our hearts to see what’s happening to our club. Please sort this out. There is still time to rectify this.

I loved it last night particularly as being so disappointed in Milan. I actually thought we were better in Milan but no matter a great win last night. How priceless to have been to the San Siro with my son and then a fortnight later watched us beat Inter Milan at St Mary's!

I loved him as a player and feel no ill will towards him but I don't feel a bit sorry for him. His choice. Take the consequences. But I would welcome him back ...... but don't think it will happen.
