We, the admin, decided we were happy with the way we'd administrated 19C's position, a shame cos I enjoyed sparring with UP from time to time.

A quick look at the Moderator Log shows me that this thread was renamed on the 27th of August. If two months isn't long enough for you to notice that the thread title was different then I'd suggest your outrage at the change and your level of caring about it is more about some perceived power play with the admin (or me, specifically - although I didn't change it) than it is about the fact your name is next to it. Um Pahars left the forum essentially because we wouldn't ban Nineteen Canteen at his demand. A shame but there you go.
-
I don't know who changed it but we often change misleading thread titles. In fact we do it all the time, especially when, a) titles are stated as fact when in fact they're supposition, or, b) they're wrong.

Why would I sue you?

I know it's tongue-in-cheek, hence why I suggested "keeping" it clean. You know what some people get like on here

I'm really only criticising your complaining that it's not on the main board. It seems such a pointless thing to complain about.

I'm enjoying watching them sweat, not quite as much as I'm enjoying our own happenings at the moment but it's amusing. I don't think moving it to the general discussion area means I have no soul though (I'm not even sure I moved it in the first place but I probably would have done at some point) as it's not about the Saints or the goings on at SMS, which is what the main board is reserved for. Regardless, your arguments make no sense. The deal didn't collapse, it went through. You reliably informed us it wasn't going to happen but it did. I don't think that's nit-picking. In an argument about facts, the only thing that matters is the facts. Supposition and opinion don't carry much weight in a right/wrong argument and your mate with the "spot on info" was wrong. But if you want to carry on nit-picking, go right ahead. I thought you were leaving this place anyway

I should probably merge this with the thread in General Sports. After all, they're both essentially the same, with the same comments and the same links being posted. I'll give it some thought.

I should probably merge this with the thread in The Lounge. After all, they're both essentially the same, with the same comments and the same links being posted. I'll give it some thought.

Isn't it Embrace with "Ashes"? Terrible song by a terrible band.

They're also a massive corporation, with the best lawyers in the world available to them, and tracing the comments back to this site is a piece of ****. I'd keep it clean, guys. In fact, I wouldn't do it at all.

The spot on info that was wrong? We even had to change the thread title to read "completes" instead of "collapses"? Also, why should this be on the main page? I really don't get that.

Anyone snogging in public, straight or gay, men or women, is a bit icky IMO.

Renault McLaren Red Bull Toro Rosso (for 2010) Williams Brawn Force India Lotus Manor Are all in the UK Only Toyota (Germany) Ferrari (Italy) Campos (Spain) USGPE (USA) Sauber (Switzerland - if they get a slot) Are outside of the UK. With Toyota unsure of their commitment to F1 beyond 2009, Campos and USGPE without a car yet and Sauber not having a slot yet, only Ferrari will definitely be in F1 from outside the UK next year. On the other note, I'll let Todt prove us all right before I judge him. He may be just what F1 needs.

Quick happiness test. Seems a bit redundant though, one question, "Are you happy with your life?", would have done it. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/happiness_formula/4785402.stm

Up to you, but there's a better than evens chance you'll be wasting whatever money you spend as you just won't be able to play to your own satisfaction quickly enough. I bought electric first, they're more forgiving of amateur status and power chords are a piece of ****, meaning you feel there's a reason to push on with the learning of proper chords and licks. Accoustic guitars need more finesse and talent to sound 'right' IMO and mine gets played far less than any of the electrics because, even after 20 years, I still don't consider myself to be any good. You pays your money, you takes your choice.

True British? Mercedes own 40% of McLaren

I didn't know oysters produced semen or that they produced it from their eyes. Or that they had eyes, for that matter.

Mind you, Peter Griffin is more coherent than Nick Griffin.

Harry Hill is more coherent than Nick Griffin.

Anyone who plays did something like that Get a cheapie guitar starter pack. Most come with a DVD, CD and booklet nowadays. You'll be Jimmy Page in a fortnight. Whatever you do, don't spend much cash on your first guitar.

Still, Question Time followed by TV Burp for me. There's nothing like a cerebral evening's viewing.
