  1. The BBC is one of the few good things left in this country. It's refreshing to be able to look at a website or watch TV without being bombarded with ads full of w@kers trying to sell you sh!t products. In fact I think it's thoroughly depressing to watch too much advertising.
  2. It's hard to argue with any of that article. Our lack of Premier League experience at the back is glaring. Whoever is responsible for the transfers should be sacked, and I include the Chief Exec in that.
  3. That was always Adkins' potential weakness, he's never worked at this level so wouldn't know who is capable or not. Then you have Charlton Athletic's sh!ttest ever manager giving him advice and you have a recipie for disaster
  4. There is obviously something wrong when a manager says strengthening the defence is a priority then £30mill is spent and all we've added to the defence is a youngster from Palace and a Japanese centre back.
  5. I find it hard to believe Cortese would be stupid enough to tell the manager what formation to play, or to over-rule the manager on what players to buy.
  6. I have nothing against 4-3-3 but the idea of having the system of play imposed on the manager (which is what some people are saying may be happening) is f*cked and will only end in relegation. We essentially got promoted because of Lambert's goals, the team should be built around him. Any system which means he's sat on the bench and Guly starts is the wrong one for us.
  7. Problem is Kelvin's cofidence is probably shot through after being dumped, same for Gazza after being dropped for no reason. Now it seems were stuck with this new clown.
  8. We should have brought a couple of experienced Premier league defenders. We all said as much during the summer.
  9. If that is what we are trying to do it is f*cking suicidal.
  10. Redknapp, just for a laff.
  11. I think the manager still has to have the final say for that to work. He's the one in the spotlight, it's his reputation on the line.
  12. I thought the way he stressed the fact that "he picks the team from the 25 available" was hinting to some-one else is in charge of transfers. Also the "we will be playing 4-3-3" at the end was weird. Adkins has always previously said we can play different formations.
  13. Considering how other clubs treat their legends I think what we already know is more than reason enough for Le Tiss to be put out. Put it this way, if Cortese is a true fan of SFC, why is he treating this guy like a c*nt...
  14. I disagree. he could have said a whole lot more than he has. I think he has shown great restraint.
  15. Le Tiss has every right to speak his mind considering all he did for he club. Loyalty works both ways, some Saints fans are just ****ing hypocrites.
  16. No one is saying it does. In fact it probably helps.
  17. Matt has earned the right to voice his opinion and from what I've heard, I agree.
  18. It's all part of he new improved matchday experience. Want to buy an old programme? - Tough sh!t, f*ck off and spend your £3 on a pasty full of minced up cow b*ll*cks.
  19. Great news. First we get shot of the hook man now this.
  20. I disagree. England, Wales and Northern Ireland should be able to decide if we want to be part of a Union that excludes Scotland. That's just as much our right as Scotland's right IMO.
  21. I did, and got the usual childish nonsense from you.
  22. Ha ha, so you do remember saying it!
  23. I remember it well because you were throwing playground insults around as usual. You said: We couldn't compete with Swansea because they had £40mill Prem money sat in the bank. The fact that we are owned by Billionaires is irrelevant. We wouldn't break the Rory Delap record more than three times because it would mean spending more than £20mill and that could never happen.
  24. LOL, you are the one who said we couldn't compete with Swansea in the transfer market.
