Never happen, you have to remember that 'every other club" IS the football league.

If that's the case it makes way more sense for any potential owner to wait to liquidation then get a debt free club and ground. Even if it's non-league it would be a better buy than a League 1 club, ridden with debt and no ground.

Not really. Staying here in the Championship was a bigger risk. As he says, things change very quickly in football. Wenger could have been sacked, new boss doesn't fancy him, chance gone.
