It's always the agents that engineer these moves.
-
I only named those workers because they were who he named, all our taxes (public and private) bailed out the banks when they ****ed up and it's just a matter of time before we have to do it again because nothing has changed.
-
It would be fantastic if the corruption down the road is exposed by this, you can bet your life old saggy chops has a Swiss bank account. Exposing tax-evading scum like this HAS to be a good thing, should be interesting to see who is involved.
-
No, still doesn't make the slightest bit of sense.
-
Sounds like complete crap, doesn't even make any sense. How can selling a 17 year-old for 10 million quid make the owners want to pack their bags and **** off, especially as the entire club cost £15mill in the first place.
-
But the cup game where we rested 7 players was followed buy a 6-0 win.
-
To be fair, the only two games we have lost since October were the games that followed Shrewsbury and Cheltenham.
-
Because we rested 7 players, do the same against the Mancs I reckon.

Chinese fighter 'has changed power balance'

The US is obviously still by far the strongest but can you judge China's military capability but the amount of money spent? I doubt it's that simple. -
My mate yesterday started to slate Puncheon when he made a mistake, then stopped immediately when he realised it was in fact Chamberlain. Sort of sums it up for me. So he missed a good chance - so ****ing what, who hasn't. Puncheon is obviously good enough for League 1, it's up to our manager to get the best out of him.

Instead of getting annoyed with the fact that they are still sticking two fingers up and signing "Premier league" players we should be rejoicing in the fact that they are just digging themselves a bigger hole. I would be more worried if they had a sustainable squad full of home grown talent, at least then they would have some sort of a future. Every 20K a week they spunk on some loanie is just 20K a week less of a future they have.
-
This is a BIG problem, we missed Lallana's creativity today and can't afford to drop too many points if are to get automatic. If it's around 6 weeks he's out I would get a top loanie in.

I voted Lib Dem only because of their environmental policies and the fact that they opposed the Gulf war, not very impressed with how they have sold out so wont vote for them next time. Problem is I detest what the Conservatives stand for and don't trust Labour. I expect if Labour could convince me that they wont spunk my tax money on benefits for scroungers and immigrants then I would probably vote for them. But living in a big tory area it would be a wasted vote anyway so I might as well vote tactically - which means Lib Dem.

Except the greedy ****ers wouldn't even have a job if the taxes of our Armed Forces, Nurses, Teachers, Doctors, Bin men and social services hadn't have bailed them out. Now because of the banks our Armed Forces, Nurses, Teachers, Doctors, Bin men and social services will be made redundant in their thousands while the banks continue to suck billions out of the economy. We bailed them out, only fair they do the same.
-
It would make sense to go to Burnley over those other two, hope he doesn't bugger off before Bournemouth play Brighton next week though.
-
I'm surprised you are still dumb enough to believe what your club tells you (new ground, rich arabs etc), it appears pretty clear what the agreement was and I seriously doubt Spurs would forward pompey any money without paperwork! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1267961/Spurs-standing-firm-1m-Asmir-Begovic-fee-Portsmouth.html

Maybe Saints tried to slip it in early so they played a managerless Charlton and they were having none of it.
-
You cannot argue that if a top side comes in for a player it's only a matter of time before they leave but SFC can completely control WHEN they leave. Would be dumb to cash in on Oxo now, if Arsenal are willing to pay what we want and if he wants to go, sell him in June not half way through a vital promotion challenge.
-
Football creates wealth as well, just look at Peter Storrie.
-
I don't remember us, the tax payer, bailing out SFC.
-
I don't have a problem with bankers or others getting big bonuses, although morally I find the level of greed utterly repulsive. The thing I have a problem with is the fact that our government is completely powerless to do anything. Soon, when the cuts kick in, we will be laying off police, nurses, our armed forces and other vital workers in their thousands while the banks continue to make billions for themselves. They are ruthless money making machines devoid of any morals or decency, they should not be in control of our governments, it should be the other way round - for all our good.
-
That has to the the way it will end up, there has to be some sort of global agreement otherwise there is absolutely nothing stopping the banks and large corporations doing what the hell they like. At the moment individual governments are completely powerless, it is not sustainable.

I don't disagree that having all the singers in one stand helps the atmosphere, it's just the idea of trying to engineer the Chapel into a Kop that is bizarre. These things happen naturally, people sit where they want, people sing if they want.
-
There is no way that shower of ****e will earn 15K a week anywhere.
-
The whole idea of turning the Chapel into the Kop is bizarre. What's Cortese going to do, write to every fan and say that from now on the singing fans all have to sit in the Chapel? Then I suppose all the old codgers who like to watch the game in silence with their blankets and thurmos flasks will have to shuffle round to the Kingsland and all the Northamers will have to up sticks and sit next to the family centre?! What planet do you guys live on? There is maybe a case for extending the amount of home fans in the Northam but even that's not practical if there is a large away following.
