I think the no vote will probably win, mainly because: 1. It was Clegg's idea, and he is about as popular as Bin Laden at the moment. 2. A large proportion of voters are usually old, old people don't like change. 3. A large proportion of voters support their party like it's a football team and will do whatever their leaders tell them without engaging their brain.

The Royals are an integral pat of the UK brand. As Alps said, a third of the World supposedly watched today's wedding - it was the most watched thing ever. It wasn't even great weather and London looked spectacular. People mainly visit England because of the history and tradition, the Royals more than pay their way. Alot of the extended family and hangers on should go do one though.

If someone is too thick to understand AV then they shouldn't have a say in who runs the country IMO. Seriously, put your candidates in order of preference - 1, 2, 3 & 4. What is there to not understand? The idea that parties like BNP will benefit from AV in nonsense as well, they are way more likely to get in under the currrent system where you only sometimes need 30% of the vote. I don't think there is any place in the UK that would ever have over 50% of the people vote for BNP.
