The basic problem is that we don`t have time for a new manager to bed himself in. If Wotte is that good a manager why did Lowe appoint Poortaloo instead? Apparently Lowe wanted to appoint him a few yers ago but didn`t so why JP instead?:confused:

I have been a supporter for over 50 years and a ST holder for 35. What do you expect fans to do when the club is spiralling down the pug-hole at a great rate of knots? Do you expect people to just sit on their hands and say "Oh dear, oh dear - what a to-do, eh?" Oh no, I just noticed. Your solution is for people to put some money up to buy out Lowe et al. Very practical advice! This club is followed by a lot of people with great passion and love. I, sadly, am not in a position financially to buy the 3 Amigos out so I will do what small bit I can to try to bring about change, even if it is just a protest march.

I was listening last night and it wasn`t David Armstrong that brought this up. It was his co- presenter. DA seemed a bit unprepared and embarrassed when it was mentioned, but then explained what had happened. I don`t know the facts anymore than anyone else, but I suspect that the last thing on his mind was to get a free drink!!!

People are attcking the symptom here and not the disease. I do not condone violence of any sort but what happened yesterday is a symptom of the disease. The club is rotten to the core and as result of this, yesterdays scenes took place. "Cure" the club and the violence and protests will go away. Sadly I don`t have the cure.
