This "news" from the Mail confuses me. IF it is true, {and I am not saying it isn't), it seems strange to me that after the positive things that SR have done (buying the club, refreshing the coaching staff, recruiting Joe Shields, spending decent money early on in the Transfer Window without/before actually selling anybody......all of which the fans have been calling for), they would risk it all by letting any supposed rift between senior players and the manager develop/carry on...

I don't if it's just me. but the more I read this forum,the more it seems that Saints must have the most depressing, negative fanbase in the country. I regularly come on here looking for news/views and a bit of banter etc, but end up being more depressed than I am after ANY Saints game. It was interesting at the Forum last night that although there was a very large crowd there,(much larger than I was expecting), there was a lot more positivity toward the people that run the club than there is on here. None of the keyboard warriors with their "this/he is wank/shite" stuff seemed to be in attendance. They can't have all been "happy-clappers" or whatever the current name is, there last night. I am very frustrated at the way the player recruitment seems to have stalled, but will be patient, give SR, the new coaching staff, Joe Shields and Ralph until the end of the window and a few games more before I go down "wank/shite" road.

Nah......far better to moan, groan and be negative than be patient.....

I have booked tickets and have not been asked to provide any questions so I guess it is open to the floor...

Oh....OK.....very subtle. I wouldn't have picked up on it without an explanation. I thought that the multicolour bit was a reference to the "Rainbow" flag! Also. apart from the design/development and building of the Spitfire at Supermarine, I don't think that Southampton has had much direct connection to the RAF. Just seems an odd theme to chose.

Believe me I am well aware of the Spitfire connection (you should see my bookshelf and pictures on the wall in my hallway). but unless I am missing something I can't actually see influence on the shirt.

To me Che Adams is a bit of an enigma. Despite what people say I think that the quality of the goals that he HAS scored is quite high, but despite the amount of work that he puts in, he is not scoring the amount of goals that he should.

You can buy a Parking Season Ticket from the Club.....they are not particularly cheap. The price depends on how close they are to the ground. Not too bad I suppose if you car share.
