Really? I thought that he had an excellent game. I said to my daughter (we were both at the game) a couple of times, how good he was and how much he had improved. He deserves his place in the side now. As for missed chances, virtually all of the saves that Gunn made were shots straight at him.

I think that what really pissed people off around the Koeman period was not losing the "big" players, but losing so many at more or less the same time. A steady, controlled model of player turnover is the intention here....
