I went and got my ticket yesterday and got one for more or less where I wanted to go,so I would suggest that home tickets have not had a great take up as yet.I think Bournemouth have sold there allocation,so there may be more Cherries than Saints at SMS on tuesday.

I think an update is called for here..Since i posted this yesterday my sister has had a reply from the club apologise for length of time it has taken to reply. They have offered a stadium tour for free. So I am no longer disappointed with Saints they just made a mistake which can happen to anybody. Saint fred I did not intend to use this as an attempt to bash saints,it just that ifelt genuine disappointment at the time. Many of the replies on here were quite helpful in there advice. I do not "bash"saints. I suppose I should change thread title to"No longer disappointed with saints" if I knew how.

Just come back to p.c after a shower to discover I have started a war of words,my apologies this was not my intention. The nature of the charity involved is,I realise, not to some peoples liking. But that is surely not a matter for this site. I will say no more on the matter .

I would not want that to happen as I think NC is doing an outstanding job.

Not for criminals but there families. They have committed no crimes. Especially the children.
-
It is not that they chose not to it is the lack of any kind of response, but I will take on board what others have said and tell my sister to try a more direct approach to the club.

My sister does quite a lot of work for a local charity that helps the families of people who are doing time. Not the most popular of causes I know but that is beside the point. As you can well imagine a lot of the children who have fathers inside are well into football,so my sister contacted both Saints and Portsmouth to see if there was anything they could donate either to auction or even some small tokens as gifts for these kids. In the post today came a Pompey away shirt signed by all of the cup final squad as of yet not even a reply from the Saints. I said to her that maybe her letter got lost in the post ,but she did it all by e mail and she has sent several to Saints but this was the first time she tried Portsmouth. Any one know who would be in charge of this sort of thing at SMS

I am working at a site in Gosport at the moment and I am the only Saints fan there, most as you can well imagine are of the blue persuasion. The conversation in the canteen this dinner time did make me laugh though. They are all very concerned that their club could be LIQUIDISED. Would this produce some kind of highly toxic smoothie? -
I dont know if this has already been posted on here ,and 10 pages is to much to trawl through. I am working with some skate groundworkers in Andover and they reckon that the land where FP is built was given to the football club by the council ,with the legal agreement that it would only be used as a football stadium as long as PFC was around. Now if the football club disappears there is some pretty profitable real estate there just waiting to be developed and every body involved down there at the moment including this new bloke ,have all made a lot of money in property development. That was a statement from a skate so I take not responsibility for the content.

I think one was a cup game though, again not sure.
-
I have never checked it out personally but I was told that our longest winning run in league games ,since the club was founded,is only 5 .That is home and away. I was also told that it is lowest number of sequential wins for any English club. Be interested to hear anybody else's thought on this.

wouldnt mind those being final scores

Looking at tonight league one games ,we could drop 3 places tonight .But seeing who the games are I think that wins for Carlisle ,leyton Orient andWallsall are preferable to Colchester, Bristol Rovers and Charlton pulling further away.
