But we won the PL2 Div 2 Last year and got promoted to the the top flight of PL2 So we'll be playing Man City U21's, Liverpool U21s, Man Utd U21's, Arsenal U21's and Chelsea U21's. Nearly 10 years ago I was told that the standard stripes were the worst seller in the club shop. It was part of the reason that Cortese plumped for the all red AAP³ shirt. In a year when retail sales are going to be a larger proportion of our turnover, this shirt is a winner.

It's almost as if there's a rule where there's a limit of "non homegrown" players in a 25 man Squad. So if you spend the money on a good "homegrown player" it shows you more options with foreign purchases.
