  1. Welcome home, welcome, Come on in, and score for fun! We hate Pompey, he’s one of our own et al.
  2. It’s a gansta tribute to Jan Kluitenberg...
  3. Just seen him getting of the plane - sombrero, big sunglasses, hotel backrobe in the suitcase - consummate professional.
  4. This could end up playing out like the Truth and Reconciliation Commission hearings after the fall of Apartheid in SA! At least we now know where old Les has been since the new year - making a Ned Kelly suit of armour in his palatial shed!
  5. Pelligrino upping his plans to relegate them in his first season! At least he’s consistent.
  6. I believe Nelly is due to cut the ribbon on the 31st October.
  7. On the button - Shanghai Leisure Holdings.
  8. Very good second half and in the flesh we looked like a team with purpose and drive for the first time in a long time. We were never going to correct a series of bad windows over one summer but the new boys and returning loanees did some good work tonight and Hughes will have been pleased. COYR!
  9. Well said! That’s my three...
  10. We said!
  11. Davis Clyne Hoover Fonte Fox Ward Prowse (Davis) Schneiderlin Lallana Do Prado Puncheon (Sharp) Rodriguez (Lambert) When you look at that line up we have definitely gone backwards and need two, perhaps three more in this window alone to be competitive. I really like the look of the incoming players this summer but a series of atrocious windows has weakened us so we are playing catch up.
  12. This, clearly.
  13. Window still open so stay optimistic. Pretty good at present, more strengthening / restructuring (including the essential firepower) and possibly very good.
  14. Two or three more decent signings, crucially some additional firepower, and we may well finish higher than 12th (8th to 10th is perhaps where we should 'fit' to be honest), and I'm going for solidly mid-table under Hughes this season. I think we will have team spirit, be more workmanlike and harder to beat, an optimistic comparator might be the Strachan era, but we will see.
  15. Mid table obscurity for SFC. Highlights elsewhere Arsenal and Everton to struggle and Klippity found out and lauded as the first Manager to be without a trophy after spending £1 billion on players
  16. Or Ralph Krueger’s arse!...
  17. Second coming, solve our striker problem and he can’t jump high enough to nut our new centre half. Black box has clearly computed that now is optimum time.
  18. That was after he turned down Gao’s offer to start up an SFC YMCA Soccer School in Helmand.
  19. No internet signal in his care home.
  20. Opening the wardrobe and ordering the builder and plumber to ‘get out!’
  21. Nivea the cherry, when it happens.
  22. To be honest a better analogy on a number of levels would be Mussolini, or Benito as his mates called him...
  23. AKA a sh*tstorm jacket!
  24. That about covers it!
