  1. Like a pair of flea ridden baboons!
  2. The Nelly Dene.
  3. Guard of honour before the match, monks' chain at half time, and Les and Ralph bukkake (both teams plus substitutes) in the boardroom with a light buffet before they get on the coach.
  4. I'm no fan of Reed but that does look incredible and would finally give the city the unique wow factor it needs. The thought of Ian Brennan tasked with sculpting a fifty foot Les head is mind-blowing.
  5. Need to get the Man City game out of the way clearly, but straight after Reed and Wilson should both resign. They won't as they are both spineless chancers so Krueger on Gao's authority should sack them. Hughes fully deserves the job full time having turned a group of players devoid of cohesion, passion and ideas into a competitive team that can win again inside of seven Prem matches - we were dead and buried under Pellegrino. For me Hughes being manager at Saints feels right (and I remember a shadow of him playing for us at the Dell), a gut -preservation feeling but his passion is infectious and maybe Benali is right that there is a 'connection.' If the lunatic Reed manages a cockroach like self-preservation escape and then 'does a Nigel Pearson' on Hughes we would fully deserve relegation next season and Leslie sectioning under the Mental Health Act wearing his Napoleon hat!
  6. Very solid keeper and easily our player of the season, should be in the England squad.
  7. Apart from his own financial planning, he's going to walk away from this debacle with a very secure retirement.
  8. In that analogy competency as an air hostess would stretch his capabilities.
  9. Good article, apart from the sentence about Reed and Wilson which is fantasy worthy of J R R Tolkien. Wish Hughes had battered Bawfal, and his passion is endearing in terms of the Championship. Nelly needs to prep the shark tank for fat Les and emaciated Ross.
  10. Make sure you have a chat with the locals about Hughes, or El Toro as he is known, very much El Marmite! Have a great time!
  11. Would be happy with Nikki Wang as the new CEO.
  12. The Philharmonic, Calle Mallorca, nice place and not too far from you (if memory serves), should have it on.
  13. We are probably at the point where we could do with a few budding arseholes...
  14. Wondering if Gao told the two clowns to break cover and be visible at the Leicester game (by the expressions looks like they’d sooner be anywhere else), although that would require an executive decision.
  15. The prospect of playing a ‘weakened team’ from our current dilapidated squad is terrifying. Cannot see any other outcome than us getting schooled. Optimistically 3-0 to Chelsea with them feeling sorry for us.
  16. All joking aside it's the very least we should do, and it's what he would have wanted. COYDW!
  17. Get used to it, it’s going to probably be our popular history for the foreseeable future - the club with the golden generation who could have had glory but went for greed instead...
  18. Spot on!
  19. Certainly a less positive player than Gaston. Overall lacking in the necessary football intelligence and far too lightweight for the Prem. Terrible recruitment, let alone as a replacement for the dynamo that was Mane.
  20. F*ckety yes!

    Ross Wilson

Yes, that's about the level of capability. Struck me as a very odd appointment at the time, looking like an extra from Trainspotting unable to get a shirt collar to fit him with a non-track record or experience in the critical role he secured at a flying Prem side - completely uninspired and non-inspirational, so very Lesley. He has to go along with his mentor and the bell-end Krueger - fans at the moment are apathetic, but post relegation expect pitchforks if this trio of cretins are still in place come September.
  22. This, and I think Hughes will go for something like it.
  23. Austin’s probably the only player left for them to wheel out to appease the peasantry for another week. I like him but he’ll be off like the rest in the summer.
  24. Given my vintage, football allegiance is a tribe not a choice. Supporting Saints is often like being in an abusive marriage but I wouldn’t change it, it has meaning beyond being a consumer.
  25. Beaker and Bunsen believing their own hype at that point...
