  1. This win whilst welcome probably provides the clown with a stay of execution. Much more than papering over the cracks now, this is eroding any real chance we have of staying up. Today the substitutions were very odd indeed, and my first thought was that this is Lesley's shop window in January sales action - not sure what else would explain such tactical ineptitude. #weblunderon
  2. Brilliant spot Shurlock, would look great on a t-shirt or fifty foot banner.
  3. I'd welcome that with open arms!
  4. On the back of the draw against united Krueger opportunistically puts his head above the parapet to provide some idiotic platitudes, he must have been waiting weeks for a 'positive' opportunity, tonight's result offers perspective. Gao needs to get a tad Dr. No. with the tossers at the top of his asset - get the tipping chairs and shark tank in place. Alternatively he could employ Cortese as a consultant to do the pruning - he'd probably offer a discount. If Pelligrino is still at his desk at midday tomorrow we are in deep trouble, as is Mr Gao...
  5. In a nutshell! Terrifying isn't it...
  6. Graham Baker and Kevin Davies.
  7. We saw a keeper with some flexibility yesterday - physical and mental. McCarthy could displace Forster in the Saints team and the England team if he finds some consistency. Well done Alex!
  8. Ali Dia had decent vision and pace but lacked end product...
  9. Some interesting candidates above - would love Tuchel and think Viera would be interesting and wake up our current underperformers, BUT, I just can't see Reed and Krueger pulling the trigger and admitting their error with Pelligrino. Think he'll be given a few quid to bring in a couple of makeweights in January and we won't see change until we are firmly in the bottom three, about three months too late.
  10. Yep, it's via the skate mock up site on Twitter.
  11. You reckon, I don't think that would work personally.
  12. Be good to see Reed and Co. removed with Koeman and Co. along with Mitchell returning. Not a chance of it happening though...
  13. Bad back apparently - lol!
  14. If Reed has a personal plan it is indeed likely to be to hang on for as long has he can. Talk of him ‘doing the honourable thing’ is meaningless as there is no honour. Saints would likely be in the relegation mire before he pulls the trigger on the current manager, and it will take action by the owners to remove him. Echos of the relegation season are genuine right now, an incredible decline will be his legacy to SFC.
  15. They love us, long time...
  16. I think for Reed it would be about a final big payday rather than the owners, he's also a Wapping boy and the opportunity of resurrecting the famous 'West Ham academy of football' might appeal to the ego. Would likely not end well regardless.
  17. Graham Roberts
  18. Same here. Not many of the recent departees have gone on to shine that much brighter, Mane perhaps. Won't stop it happening in the future unfortunately, money and arrogance is a heady mix.
  19. Best you'd get is 10% off, cash is king...
  20. If it's against Totton it would worth a tenner, just to see a half century at St Mary's...
  21. All the leaves are brown and the skies are grey, I’ve been for a walk on a winter’s day, I’d be safe and warm if I was in LA...
  22. Me love you long time...
