  3. Thank you for attributing to me a sentiment I've never expressed. Will you be doing occult reading next?
  4. Pass this message on to 'macho' BMW / Audi drivers too, will you please?
  5. What a shame that a REAL news story about the number of children having to be carers for their disabled parents got pushed onto the back page, so to speak.
  6. I wasn't intending on driving on roads in residential areas - unless you're telling me they're having street parties on motorways and A roads? I don't think I'm superior to anyone in any way - equally I'll not be seduced by the hype.
  7. We will enjoy the day travelling about (unless Mr TF is on shift) and revelling in the freedom of the roads, vacated by all the lemmings watching the occasion.
  8. I've just had a brainwave! Now that our esteemed PM has done a U turn and decided not to appoint his own, personal photographer, perhaps said photographer could snap the shindig. Wouldn't want him to be out of work, after all.
  9. Good timing - just as we all start to suffer from recession and unemployment. Just like when his mum and dad got married. Coincidence, no dout.
  10. Who gives a f**k? Not me, that's for sure.

  13. Just seen BBC South reporting that Pudsey Bear was collecting at Nottarf Krap on Saturday. I hope they double-checked the collection tins before they left.
  14. Somebody had a load stolen recently - any connection? http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?26400-Stolen-football-shirts
  15. Haven't watched the programme (and never, ever will) but I'm surprised that Nigel Havers has sunk that low.

  17. This bit, you mean? Alternatively used by people too stupid to spell ransom
  18. Are you subtly suggesting it was paid in South African money or could it be that you just can't spell?
  19. violent
  20. Is there any chance a mod could change this thread title? I reckon we owe this brave woman the dignity of a correctly spelt name. It is Aung San Suu Kyi. Thanks.
