  1. A fridge in the front garden.
  2. Also suggest that if there will be any problems raising the funds to cover the travel, he could always consider robbing from a charity...
  3. There was never any money in the SPL anyway.
  4. And we have a winner.
  5. Even if the bubble was to burst, the big teams whilst they'd initially struggle would soon rise back to the top and everything would resume as normal after a few years, only on a lesser scale. A bit like Italian football really...
  6. I'd find it quite funny if were to get relegated next season. Obviously it wouldn't be great for the team but at least I'd be able to laugh at all the imbeciles on here.
  7. Isn't that the explanation I sent you, when I told you I was taking you off ignore?
  8. If you don't get the job, claim discrimination.
  9. A mate just posted a picture of a load of Brighton players going to Vegas as well (bumped into them in the airport). Is there some kind of footballers convention over there we haven't been informed about?
  10. We've got the best CEO in the land, we've got the best CEO in the land, we've got the best CEO in the land, the best CEO in the land.
  11. Did you enjoy your milk?
  12. Ask Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Man Utd fans what they think of their atmosphere these days since the influx of day-trippers, compared to their atmosphere's before it became 'cool and trendy' for tourists to attend a Premier League game. It's not just Japanese fans, it just so happens they're the ones we're attracting at the moment.
  13. English clubs could do a lot worse than follow the German model when it comes to giving the fans what they want. Packed grounds over there, cheap tickets and a decent standard on the pitch. Standing and you can watch the game with a beer without facing a banning order.
  14. We should do what the Yanks do with NFL. A game can't be shown live until it sells out. That way we wouldn't have to watch Wigan ever again.
  15. Though your recent posting spree would suggest not very hard...
  16. There's also plans for hotels, bars, restaurants, shops, monuments and museums.
  17. Their wage bill now is smaller than when they got relegated. Believe they have a £60k a week cap in place, which is still a hell of a lot of money and more than we'd be looking to pay, IMO.
  18. It'll never happen. They'll just do the usual and build some more flats.
  19. Then it won't look out of place within 5 years time.
  20. Sorry, sir. Wasn't aware everyone on here had to agree on every subject. I thought this was a forum where you could express your views and engage in debate. I'll consider changing my ways to appease you from now on. Maybe you could post a thread on here containing all your personal opinions on Saints? That way we could all learn them off by heart and then we'd all get along just swimmingly.
  21. Doesn't look like SMS. Looks more like Goodison or Craven Cottage.
  22. Are you really that thick? Of course nobody is going to literally come over for a day. The term day-tripper doesn't apply to their period of stay in England, it applies to the fact they would be coming along to SMS for the day, watching Lee play, snapping away with their cameras and generally turning the place into a morgue much like they have done at Craven Cottage, Emirates, Stamford Bridge etc. As for the racism comment, Jesus christ. Please don't reply to my posts in future. Your level of stupidity is infuriating.
  23. Because he's not a world class player?
  24. Leicester have a small table in the duty free section of Bangkok airport (because their owners own the duty free there) other than that, their exposure there has been minimal.
  25. Japan doesn't represent the whole of Asia. Hull, Blackpool, Skates, Norwich, Swansea all have been or are Premier League. Where was this massive clamour from the Asian market for them? There was none because nobody over there cares about them, same applies to us. Clubs like Everton have tried to tap into the market, they were sponsored by 'Chang' (a Thai beer) and whilst in Thailand I did see a few locals in Everton shirts but it never really took off. How far do we go to try and appeal to this market? Shall we change the colour of our kit? Change our nickname? Change our badge? Get Mongolia to sponsor us? Those are the steps being taken by Cardiff (swap Malaysia for Mongolia) to try and get a foothold in the market over there.
