The fact they've said there definitely won't be any more coaches probably mean the stadium ticket office are in the process of sourcing a few more.

I have a season ticket in Block 42, so I'll be waving my season ticket in my brothers face whilst singing 'Steve De Ridder, he hates plastic fans' at him.

We so far have only taken just over 4,000 tickets and seeing as we can have up to 5,000 I can't see this selling out. 4,000 would still be a decent effort for a midweek game though.

All week I've had this down as a draw. Normally as the game get's closer, I get more pessimistic but this time round I'm actually getting more optimistic. Even just stuck a few bob on Saints 3-1.

Though it is for the vast majority and when you're a young lad and a massive club comes knocking, it's going to be hard to turn down. As we found out with Bale, Walcott and AOC (though granted our situation at the time of losing them all wasn't the best). We've been lucky with Lallana wanting to stay but we've still had to offer him a big money contract to stop him from having his head turned. It would be fantastic to produce even half a team of academy players but it's really not that straight forward. If it was, every club would be at it, but they're not. We'd need an immediate and fairly substantial investment into the first team if we do get promoted to try and ensure we stay in the Prem long enough for this plan to come to fruition. So it's all well and good building for the future but we mustn't get distracted from the here and now.
