Was listening to Dan Sheldon on the total saints podcast earlier on today and he said he will be flabbergasted if JWP leaves.

I’m very happy with how saints have done this transfer window. However I think getting a defensive midfielder to cover our defence is imperative. You just need to look at how Saints dropped off when Romeo got injured to see that DM is absolutely crucial to keeping us in games. Furthermore a more experienced player could be useful since they may not be playing often behind Romeo and Diallo could be useful around the team and training ground, IMO Phil Jones would be a good fit.
