Looks like what ever internal investigations that are happening are deeper than we all anticipated
-
My cousins husband works at a championship club, and is fairly influential. trying to get info out of him has been hard but he did tell me yesterday that it is well known in the league that Saints are pretty full on with the peeping into other teams training, regularly breaching the 72 hour rule. He said that other teams in the league would put additional measures in place in the build up to playing Saints, such as dummy training drills etc. also said that other clubs have caught us out but no photographic or video proof, hence why “they won’t get involved”. Also, clubs are careful not to go in too hard publicly as football changes quickly. Last things he said is that we have been the biggest advocates of fairness and fair play at various EFL meetings, very high horse type of stuff, which has allowed others to find our current situation both amusing and predictable.
-
He is right though
-
Obviously a brilliant manager but fucking hell, thank god he is leaving. I find watching City boring now, and the fact most clubs try and religiously 'play out from the back' is hilarious - as we know watching Martin fall on his sword in the premier league. I know, the tide is starting to turn, started by Klopp and continued by Arsenal.

No. This board is starting to go insane, like we thought of the Boro board about a week ago. Just a glimpse of how weird this place would have got had Boro been caught spying on us.
-
He loves 3 at the back...and he looks odd Not for me
-
Just think he cleansed we would all be, watching the team respecting the ball before kickoff
-
He jumped before the 115 charges come to bite
-
Pompey Manager. He is actually pretty good, and it would be very funny
-
Just think of your improved Carbon Footprint?
-
Shut your hole you fucking loon..... 🤐 😉
-
it does, people will lose their jobs. Each to their own. I suspect if he is not sacked very soon, any FA investigation will mean he wont be our manager in the not too distant future, thankfully
-
that is largely from our club, and a few pundits. In reality, it is not
-
and cheating of course.
-
He was central to being kicked out, that is true. They are not misdemeanours, they got us kicked out of a £200m game. People will now lose their jobs over it.
-
This is getting daft Its over, just accept it and do your best to move beyond the denial phase Just kid yourself that we lost in the playoffs and the next season is only 44 games.
-
Well, yes of course he is central to being kicked out of a playoff final. That is unforgivable
-
We all assume this is taking place. Hopefully this is the right assumption However...... you have seen how the club is run right....RIGHT?
-
I wish the club made a 4 act play over it, instead behaving like son-in-laws would have made no difference though, but would have been more interesting
-
And guaranteed to improve?
-
If the club did their due diligence and dug into these people just ever so slightly, then “fed” it to the media…. absolutely pathetic 😂
-
Most of this are imaging tense and frank discussions in locked rooms between those who no run the club. Forming an off ramp strategy from now until the summer, whilst planning for another promotion push. then again, many of us assumed the radio silence during the proceedings was part of a professional and clever way of handling it all.
-
I know, I have not suggested they will as you say, Investigating individuals may result in unearthing wider spread spying, which would be referred back to The EFL
-
if we are anywhere near the level he was it, we are in a full-on relegation scrap from day 1
