Games led and not won Leicester - 5 Ipswich - 4 Leeds - 3 Southampton - 10 Sums up the season.
-
Any half decent manager should be getting that amount of points with this squad
-
Add Brooks to that
-
You could see it coming, not long before they scored their first, they were dominating midfield, pressing us and we gave away a cheap corner on around 62 mins seen this pattern so many times
-
Doubtful.
-
All together now Thats why we’re staying down, that why we’re staying down nice one Russell
-
Garbage and another example of why we are staying down.
-
There it is!
-
How many chances are we going to miss
-
What the hell was that about?!?!
-
Christ, how many chances / good positions have we wasted. got to close this one out, we are miles better than them
-
It is so bad was weirdly easy to watch. It. Opens. Up……. Terrible game show presenter. Saying that, The Combination (I think) has a crap presenter also - on around the same time
-
Shoe horn in at CM?
-
Aye, and has been their best player by a mile and probably kept it down to 85 I dead to think the number of goals shipped had Bazunu been their keeper
-
Yep, both better than bazunu
-
You say about greed, what about saints? we played a very changed team at Watford, and had to bring people on to save the tie.
-
Get the Rotherham keeper much better than Baz, is are most of the keepers in this league
-
Oh well… hopefully saints can get someone better
-
The glory clubs could buy better players in their squads…
-
What makes 'lads' act like this?
-
1-3 to Saints Adams to score, obviously
-
Russell will probably need the additional bravery the Shoehorn brings to the team, so bound to play him
-
That was an incredible 1st half and a very comfortable 2nd half. All players at least 7/10 Stu was ridiculous at times, Arma very good, Downes excellent. However, Che was my MoM, 2 goals, occupied their CBs, very good runs etc. led the line very well. As other have said, without Baz in goal it seems we spent less time faffing/being brave at the back, which meant we were on the front foot a little more. That may be because Preston were terrible (or made to look terrible) also, no surprise we looked so comfortable, got a clean sheet, never looked like conceding with the best players (bar maybe brooks/fraser) playing in their best position… No shoe horn, no problem. Will the back 4 remain in place for Cardiff? Probably not, sadly.
-
Certain he would have got more undeserved time on the pitch tonight had he not been banned awful player
-
No shoe horn, no problem. Players playing in their natural position, less faffing around between the defence and the keeper, against a crap team This league is shite, no wonder the top 4 have ran away with it
