Not really. About par and certainly does not warrant the fawning all over him that is going on - more so when you look at his results against the elite teams.. I think Southgate will (and should) move on - with his head held very high However, continuing to not get past a top team is not a good show. He has become incredibly immobile, and is now dropping into CM far too much
