the more the prices go up, the more we all pay in tax (including VAT and the Green Levy)
-
Lets see then when either away fans are overtly cheering in the home sections and when (inevitably) Leeds fans stand/feck around all game, whilst Saints fans are being ordered to behave.
-
It will make a difference, along with other measures. Everything should be thrown at this in the immediate term. If you think taxing people more is the answer, you are clearly not aware of the question many are facing
-
It is an alternative (and probably the majority) view, that people need massive help now, and ditching the green levy (along with other measures) is entirely within the gift of the government to do tomorrow and will make a difference Of course, we could tax people more and educate them all on the "climate emergency". You think that will work?
-
So, our strikers........ Adams (linked away, but club say not going to be loaned) Armstrong (well, there we are) Could add Walcott, but he is as good as retired
-
I wonder how many of the 'less well off' give a toss as they face £5k a year fuel bills, and know that a significant portion of that is a tax that may mean they get some insulation in 10 years time.
-
8%, great news. Chuck that in with other measures for the immediate term and help people around the country
-
It will help, along with other measures. Unless, during this period, you think taxing people and additional 25% (or what ever it is) on the very bills that will cripple them, is a sound idea? Madness and can see why energy companies will resist taking the hit, when we are doing this to ourselves in the first instance.
-
All the captains probably agreed to it. I wonder how many of the 20 skippers are white?
-
all sounds good as people get repossessed
-
and that. We all know that if the Green Levy/Tax gets binned, and people realise how much it actually costs each of us, putting it back on will be a difficult 'sell'
-
and the green tax...every little helps
-
immediately cut VAT and/or scrap any Green Levy/tax. That will make a significant difference to peoples fuel bills
-
Danny Ings also fell out with Ralph. Players routinely just left out. As you always say, no smoke without fire
-
He can bleed red and white as much as he can. Telling a room to clap for the ladies team is Man-splaining on acid.
-
It was really bizarre and felt like a bit of a set piece from Blackmore, knowing the feelings from much of the fan base.
-
The first question was from a right whopper how patronising to tell the room to give a round of applause to the ladies team. Cheers mate

It started terribly. A few mins of Adam waffling on, pushing back the tears (it seemed a tad gushing), before telling us all how grateful we should be even playing in this league. acting like we really do not belong in the top flight, before blaming the fans for crowd trouble and performances. It will be weeks before Adam manages to crawl out of their arseholes
-
We should just be grateful we have another season in the premier league!
-
despite getting players in early, not shifting anyone of note, seems like we are firefighting why?
-
Poor fans forum. the tone was set about how grateful we should be just playing in the league. We can’t defend so need to play 5 at the back, and we have signed young players who need time to learn how to play 4222. However, being young is not a limiting factor, more about quality rather than experience. Ralph a little rattled and said it is not easy being saints manager, and the team have been a bit shit. Also, Broja just stopped being good from about March. We are going down IMO. The stage was set about just being grateful to be playing in the league. I though Big Adam was going to start crying at the start. Jesus wept!
-
Basically, we now have to wait for the new young players to learn how to play. bottom of the league for a while

WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT, YOU UNGRATEFUL IDIOTS!
