I hope the 'recoup' is factored in with the loss of Forster, Long and the onwards movements of (hopefully) Djenepo, Walcott and one of the CBs (Bendarek for half decent money). Some top earners there, which can make a difference to the overall spend.

we are now spending normal premier league money, across a number of players. We are so conditioned having to sell anything worthwhile with a pulse.......
-
Hardly investing heavily. This is not earth shattering money for a mid-sized premier league club..

Probably to replace KwP 🤪

He can't jack it in for the sake of someone on the way out.... He is very good, and honest in the video (which has been common knowledge for years for those interested). Our forces are disgracefully hollow. Meanwhile, Russia pile on in Ukraine. Those sanctions will bite any day now, right?

It is good news as having to lose LOTO for this would have been ridiculous. Hopefully, then end of it -
I doubt £25m for Broja is all up front either, so kind of follows. Broja's quoted price is pretty low. Born and bred in England, full time through the academy system (and one of the best in the world), with some international experience and a full season at the a premier league club under his belt. Has all the attributes for the very top.

well, we pay half that for players who have played in League 1 (or not at all), so........
-
He would be an awesome signing
-
Isn't that the same for Neco Williams?
-
Bazunu is not much less, played League 1 and for a weaker international side....but he is a great signing, right?
-
Where as paying over £10m for players who have never played a second of premier league football, or barely any first team football , is different?
-
Managed to get into the CCTV around the Bargate.... Getting a propa nawty now..
-
Focusing on Liam Delap now, apparently

That resignation is up there with the fall of the Berlin Wall, Moon Landings and the release of Nelson Mandela!
