Fuck me, I thought you were pretty thick before, I didnt realise what a total moron you are. Laters mensa.
-
So, he averages just over 9 goals a season then. I’m not saying we cant do better - but his average is pretty close to what others are claiming. Who knows, next season we could be fending off offers after he hits 17 by Xmas. Then again, maybe we wont 😂 That said - I can see him getting 2 or 3 more this season.
-
Am i? And how would you know? Do you always make sweeping assumptions about people and situations. Bet that serves you well in life 😂 I am never happy if we lose, even worse if we get hammered. But, credit were it is due, we played well yesterday. We pressed them well, had good shape and organisation. Defensively looked miles better that in recent games. In fact, we have looked much better in our last 3 league games - could be we have turned a bit of a corner. Now, we may lose v Palace on Tues - it is possible. Maybe if you reply, you could let us know why you feel the way you do about the team, performance etc. If not, not really much to say after all, is there 👍
-
They weren’t shite. And we are still missing Ings. That was probably the difference last night. Did you not feel we are playing miles better? If not, not sure I can help you fella...
-
Is this a reaction to playing pretty well against Liverpool, and losing? Why wont you be able to wait until we’ve played 38 games - what would getting him gone now actually achieve?
-
But hang on, you said originally he had a shit attitude, that's why he lost the captaincy. Now you're saying its also declining performance. I'm with you on his performance had gone noticeably downhill, and I only Qd the attitude peice which was so subjective. That was what I disagreed with, and not that hes gone off the boil, think maybe you didnt quite explain that bit earlier, maybe I missed it 👍
-
As i stated above this post, if he fell out with Ralph, and battled back into the team, he didnt do that with a piss poor attitude. But ok, if it makes you feel better, it doesn’t matter who is right or wrong. Anyhow, have this one on me 😉
-
Well, that is possible, it could be he wears frustrated under the utter crap he played in prior to Ralph, under MP2. It may be he Q’d Ralphs tactics, got a bollocking, knuckled down, and got on with it, and got back in the team. I think that attitude isn’t so bad personally.
-
Think you may be overlooking stuff fella. My point, not that I’m trying to get you to change your opinion, is something happened, I thought they fell out, but that doesn’t mean Ryan has a bad attitude - perhaps if he did, he wouldn’t have played so many games as he has, and we wouldn’t have wanted him to sign a new deal. You are purely speculating his attitude is bad.
-
So, is it a daft point cos you said he would be captain, and alluded to him having a bad attitude otherwise he would be captain? okey dokey. Do you know him, Ralph, any of the players? If so, fair enough as it would be an informed opinion. We do have other players that have experience - Romeu for one. Is his attitude in Q as he isn’t captain? Anyhow, i cant be arsed to argue about a player who is likely leaving and why he isn’t our captain, or about his attitude. I think he has been great for us over the years, but time to move on as I think his legs aren’t what they were, no issues with him on my side.
-
Yep, good points. I think if he goes he will sign 1 LB, with a multi tasker brought in to cover both full back positions it is. Jack Stephen's it is then!
-
That said, I'm just thinking back, didnt he fall out with Ralph ages ago and barely played? Think it was 2019?
-
So, are the other players apart from JWP bad influences then, on the basis they are not captain? Btw, I'm agreeing we will be better off playing wise, but just dont see how people know either about his attitude or influence.
-
Have you tried rubbing the key ring also 😉 Great story though, that is a lovely thing to have, and I also agree - leave the crest well alone.
-
Why does Ryan not accepting our offer make him a tosser? Seriously, it is his life and decision, you may not like his decision, but it doesn’t make him anything of the sort. He has given us a great 7 or 8 years, it is such a shame a you cant be more nice about things. I would be interested to understand your inside track on the ‘trouble-makers’ quote. Or again, was that just a feeling you have 😉 I dont think we should offer him anything more than a 1 year deal, and bring someone in to compete and over take him, and maybe the deal isn’t about money, but length of contract.
-
We can cancel the loan if something else comes up, such as selling him I think.
-
I agree with this, but whilst i dont like Woods and dont want to sign a player like him, the Leicester semi was crying out for someone like that in those last 10 mins.
-
You got the lottery numbers aswell?
-
I wonder, hypothetically of course, if the same veto extends to parts of our fan base?
-
Not sure I know what that means. Is it used for someone who likes taking creases out of fabrics?
-
Yeah, the ref wasnt in a bad position, but his view may have been slightly blurred. Agree the VAR set-up really failed, I mean isn’t that literally what it was brought in to help with? I wondered about the being out of control, but Vesty had no speed going into the tackle, didnt think his studs were up, and his momentum wasnt one of those where he ends up 3 feet past Vardy. He clipped him after he got the ball, it literally happens most times tackles are contested.
-
I'd certainly agree about Bertrand, wanted him gone towards the tail end of last season as I thought he was in a fast decline. It is always tough with players who are leaving, to be fair their performances do drop, there head is elsewhere and largely they dont want to get injured to ruin the next move. Which I understand on one point, but pretty ironic for Ings. I still think he has tried, but think it got to his head and that has affected him, particularly since the contract stuff was in the media part way through the season. I'm not sure it has affected Vestergard as much, he was always likely to have another brain fart sometime this season. Still, I'd be surprised if any of them were here next season.
-
I thought DGSO was only a red if the defender made no attempt to play the ball. The fact Vestergard even attempted to olay it, at worse was a yellow. Given he clearly got the ball, then no foul. Ive just read a couple of posts saying it was a foul, if that is the case you'd need to ban tackling, he wasnt out of control, his studs weren't up, and he was hardly moving fast or aggressively! Really happy with the performance, and fair play to a few on here that clearly dont want Ralph for saying he got that spot on. And hopefully some others may accept he may have just got this one right, too. Next game should be easier anyway. Oh.

Dunno, thought it was a point gained from an inept bunch of clueless and spineless officials.
