I agree with you, he did say the support was fantastic. I'm just asking if it was necessary for him to add 'in the stadium', which to me leaves the unsaid 'out of the stadium', which IMHO is implying the fans outside were crap! He could have just left it at 'They showed their true character'.

To be fair after 5 games in charge most people were still undecided about Pearson - feel free to prove me wrong... I would imagine most people are still undecided about Wotte too, except you and DellDays of course who are all seeing and all knowing.
