  23. And rightly so!! He is the man at the top. He is the man who sanctioned ALL the decisions [while in charge], and therefore MUST shoulder the blame for the problems. In any other industry he would have been gone long ago.
  24. Adrian. Have you ever heard of the phrase 'the buck stops here'? The man at the top always gets the blame, because ultimately it is his responsibility when things go wrong.
