To be fair I'd go with : a little faster than now and affordable. How exactly will it happen though - it's not like we need more railway tracks is it? I think people choose internal flights over trains because even with the waiting around / check in etc, the plane is still more enjoyable than trundling along in a stinking train carriage stopping every ten minutes for one person to get off / on.
