Having a quick look - I agree, this doesn't look right at all! Andrew James Carr (dob 13.02.1987) - is not listed as a director of any company. There are no companies listed at 25 Colton Close, despite the letterhead claiming that is the registered office. There WAS a company registered there called 'York Insignia Limited' but the address changed in April 2018. The VAT number on the letterhead IS listed to Andrew Carr at that address - although why would a VAT registered company give a quote that doesn't include a VAT breakdown! However, Since Andrew Carr has been made bankrupt he would not be allowed to run a company, so having a VAT registration would be irrelevant. The fact they are asking for cash only, smells fishier than a pub that the cunt with a bell has been in. Steer clear and not risk losing over £4k!!
